Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

This newly and stylishly renovated, fully furnished and equipped flat (30 sqm) on the 2nd floor is located in a very prestigious Art Nouveau building in a popular and exclusive residential area in Munich's Lehel district, directly opposite the Isar river and in the immediate vicinity of the English Garden. The flat is very bright and sunny thanks to the high rooms and large mullioned windows. It has beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled.

Helmut's place is amazing! He is attentive and the place is faithful to the photos! I traveled alone and felt completely safe, I would definitely stay again. The place is close to the subway and other transportation, which makes it too easy to come and go from the city center.
