Helle ruhige Wohnung, 20 Minuten zur Stadtmitte

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses mit Garten im nördlichen Stadtteil Am Hart. Sie bietet einen ruhigen erholsamen Aufenthalt sowie die Möglichkeit, in kurzer Zeit zur Stadtmitte mit ihren vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Die U-Bahnstation Am Hart ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn erreicht man in 15 Minuten den Marienplatz und den Hauptbahnhof sowie den Olympiapark oder den Englischen Garten. Zum Flughafen kann man mit der U2 und S-Bahn S1 in 45 Minuten fahren.

Premium tiny room, perfekte Lage

Kleines,liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer-12qm- im denkmalgeschützten Altbau zum begrünten Innenhof. Die Fenster sind mit lichtdurchlässigen Plissees vor Blicken geschützt und ein blickdichter Samtvorhang verdunkelt nachts. Es gibt ein Boxbett mit 140cm, Leselampe, Schrank,Wandspiegel und Aufhängemöglichkeiten . Das kleine Bad mit Handtuchheizkörper hat keine Tür, ist aber blickgeschützt bei Toilette und Dusche. Restaurants und S-U-Bahn sind in Minuten zu erreichen. Wlan für Zoom zu schwach.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. This newly and stylishly renovated, fully furnished and equipped flat (30 sqm) on the 2nd floor is located in a very prestigious Art Nouveau building in a popular and exclusive residential area in Munich's Lehel district, directly opposite the Isar river and in the immediate vicinity of the English Garden. The flat is very bright and sunny thanks to the high rooms and large mullioned windows. It has beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled.

I def will come back and stay at his bnb! He was very responsive and the checkin was very smooth. Everything was well organized and I feel comfortable like home :) Plus, the location is really good for enjoying the Schwabing area and I love the neighborhood! There is a cute cafe nearby ;)

El alojamiento de Helmut es increíble! Él es atento y el lugar es fiel a las fotos! Viajé sola y me sentí completamente segura, me volvería a quedar sin duda. El lugar está cerca del metro y otros medios de transporte lo cual hace demasiado fácil ir y venir del centro de la ciudad.

It was great staying in Edurne's place in Munich. She's a great host. Very friendly and we had an interesting conversation too. And she allowed me to check out 1 hour beyond the official check-out time, which was much appreciated.

Zimmer machte einen guten Eindruck und wir fühlten uns willkommen. Empfehlenswert und wir fragen sicher wieder an, sollten wir auf ein Konzert in der Allianz Arena gehen!
