Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs hourly right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for small children, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Caravan "Pauline"

We rent our caravan at the house. There are 2 adults. (140x200) and 2 children (bunk bed) space. Toilet and bathroom are in our house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, sleeping bag or made beds and pillows. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Not included in the price is the visitor's tax, with which you get the leisure card for discounted admissions, as well as free bus. Cost for adults € 2.20 and for children from 6-15 years € 0.70 per day.

Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Venus

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.

Mont Blanc Suite - 109 m² - in Eichen-Chalet

Our newly built oak chalet is a top address. Here, Mediterranean flair combines with Alpine life at an altitude of 800 m. The Mont Blanc Suite offers a magnificent panorama over Lake Constance and the mountains with fantastic sunsets. The suites offer modern, elegant & well thought-out amenities. Relax in summer and winter with hikes that you can start right outside your door. The area is full of recreational opportunities.

The guest APARTMENT CASA SARI is located in Hörbranz (Austria) on the beautiful Lake Constance. In a few minutes you are right on the lake as well as in the town of Lindau (Germany), with its beautiful old town on the island and in the city of Bregenz (Austria), known for festivals and casino. Space on a living area of 30 m2 for 1-4 persons.
