The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cozy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are made a feel-good oasis by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mom is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden close by is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

This is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Perfect even with our dogs!Everything we needed. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, close to Zwickau and super interesting! The best thing for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, home-cooked food!!! Asparagus, fish, game burger, roast really great! (Opening hours!) This short vacation was so successful!!! We'll repeat it!

We had a wonderful stay! Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We felt right at home in this beautiful house! A great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and unwind.

Blackout in the rooms, night lights for hallway and bathroom, fluorescent marking for a step in the bathroom. Comprehensive amenities. Plenty of towels. The fridge was already ready to go. We were guests for 2 days for two and felt right at home in the lovingly furnished small apartment on the ground floor. Everything was clean and inviting, the bathroom with large shower well equipped and there is also a private small terrace. The reception by Christin was also very friendly, and when we said goodbye we also got to know Silvio. The recommendation of the city of Freiberg was also very valuable to us, where there was much for us to discover. Our tip: cathedral tour with 10 min organ recital on the famous Silbermann organ and the coffee roastery Momo in the Korngasse (pedestrian zone), where we enjoyed delicious coffee. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished and with many more things than you would expect from a vacation home. There was a lot to discover. There was nothing missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecues. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and is great for hiking. There's a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and also on site for arrival and departure. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the beginning. It was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival we had a very nice contact, and during our stay the accessibility was always given if we had any questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the accommodation. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. Thank you for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.

We spent our little Pentecost weekend in Pernink and surroundings. The place is super equipped and clean. Matej himself asked if everything was okay. :) We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. 🤗

The place is great. On the toilet you have a great view of a horse paddock. ☺️ We just couldn't sleep so well in bed. Everything else is great. 👍

The district is slightly elevated above the Mulde Valley. There's no through traffic, the area is very quiet. And there's a bakery and a kebab place in the corner. In about 10 minutes you can walk to Lidl and Netto. Just as far away is the Schacht - the home of Wismut Aue: be sure to watch a home game of Erzgebirge Aue there! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and tidy. There is a very nice kitchen with microwave. The area is very nice and invites you to hike. I wish I could have stayed a few days longer.

All as described. Quiet & safe location. Great communication with the host. The train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Room tidy and pleasant. There's nothing to complain about, I'll be back for sure.

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have been there for the second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There's nothing missing here. The children liked to play with the existing toys and stuffed animals. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything was great, 100% recommendation.

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good also for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really tall people! There were also two bathrooms, one of them has slopes, but it is very large. From the windows of the bedrooms you can see the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! In the kitchen, everything you could ever need was available, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! This upstairs apartment is perfect for an active couple. The whole of Karlovy Vary is within walking distance. Supermarkets are very close. You can also walk along the steam right into the spa area. So the location is great. I like how the host has taken photos of everything and indeed the kitchen is fully equipped for any meal. What I did notice is how the rooms are actually bigger than the photos show. There is plenty of room here. The shower and washing machine both work well. Just all in all a very comfortable space for your visit.

This place is much bigger than you would think and then it looks in the photos. He has a private garage, although please don’t bring a large SUV as it will be a nightmare to park it in there. A very large comfortable place. I recommend it.
