Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. Summer cottage on a natural plot and close to the water.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Our cottage is located in lovely Skæring, only 12 km from Aarhus C. On the other side of the road is a small forest and the beach and sea 700 meters from the house. The cottage is very bright with sliding doors from the kitchen, living room and a bedroom out to the large wooden terrace with pizza oven, gas grill and garden furniture. There is a lovely outdoor spa and trampoline in the garden. There are a total of two rooms in the house with double beds (160 cm wide). Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Relax in this charming and cozy cottage in scenic surroundings at Skæring beach close to Aarhus C: -300 meters to Skæring beach (2 paddle boards) -15 min. drive to Aarhus C. - 30 minutes to Mols Bjerge - Good shopping opportunities nearby The cottage is surrounded by a nice large terrace with dining table (heat lamps), large grill and a 6-person outdoor spa that is warm all year round. There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood stove.

Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
