Vacation rentals with a patio in Edwards

We have stayed at many locations and this was by far our favorite. We are always apprehensive about staying in a location that is in someone’s home but this location is very private, super clean and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

This is a really lovely condo - we had a great weekend here. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, the living and dining rooms are open and great for games, puzzles, and eating together, and the bedrooms are really nice and comfy. The balconies look out to the river which is very relaxing, and the hot tub is just outside the door. We would definitely come back!

Excellent location and Condo. First class. Ski in and ski out. Fantastic service and response time from the host. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

It was as depicted in the listing. First floor easy access to the unit from the reserved parking spot. Plenty of storage space for ski gear/coats. Easy check in.

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

This is one of the best rentals we have experienced. Sandy is an exceptional, gracious and thoughtful host. Her attention to detail in making her guests feel at home...incredible! It starts when you walk in and are welcomed with a basket filled with goodies. The condo has views of the mountains, is beautifully decorated, immaculate, with comfy beds and sofa, fluffy towels and guest robes! The private shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts was greatly appreciated, as well as the locker area for ski storage. We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

This was a beautiful house that we enjoyed for a small family get-together. The setting was peaceful in the woods of Bailey, the house was full of light and had all of the amenities one would need from kitchen utensils, to laundry and nice linens. The place was sparkling clean and had plenty of bathrooms which is always a big plus. Plenty of hikes are nearby. You do have a drive about 45 minutes if you want to eat out in Evergreen. Kathryn and James were super friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

One of the best Airbnb stays in a long time. Alex is an excellent host and the property is beautiful. There is National Forest hiking within a mile of the property which we loved. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the toys/other amenities for our young child. Great stay!

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

This house was great. It was exactly as described and was very well appointed. One of the bathrooms was under construction but the host allowed us to use additional space which more than offset the issue. The host was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The location is a bit remote but that is what we were looking for. It was easy access to Central City and Black Hawk and also easy to get to from Denver. We were very happy and would definitely recommend.

Very nice place! Very quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was great. Cory even offered early check in as the circumstances allowed for it. Great accommodations and couldn’t have been easier with the instruction manuals you have at the house. Again great time, great place!

Hummingbird hill was the best air bnb my family and I have stayed in! It was a gorgeous house with everything you need for your stay. My mom and I were able to wake up and sit and watch the hummingbirds, it was a wonderful core memory we will have. The hot tub was amazing and so wonderful to be able to sit and watch nature. We had turkey and deer that came and walked by. The hosts were absolutely wonderful as well! We will for sure be back!

We had a very comfortable 1 month stay while working remotely. The condo had everything we needed and the wi-fi was reliable and fast. The views from the condo are beautiful! There are hiking trails around the lake right across the street. Great location! Ski resorts. restaurants, and shopping are a short drive away. Mandy was a fantastic host.

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb in Dillon! The location was perfect, just under two hours from Rocky Mountain National Park and close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The attention to detail was top-notch. The bathroom essentials were fantastic, and we loved having access to paddle boards and bikes to explore the nearby lakes and trails. The highlight was the view from the balcony, absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing yet adventurous getaway!

We stayed for one night on long roadtrip from LA to Denver and felt immediately at home! Great location, the place is very easy to find, safe, clean, the view from the terrace and windows is beautiful. Annie is a wonderful host, she had great recommendations for us and her place had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great mountain getaway with comfy beds. Close to town and several mountains. Would stay again!

The condo was in a great location within walking distance to hiking trails, downtown, food, and shopping. It was well stocked, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Gordon and Amelia were great hosts.

My family and I a great experience checking in — everything was smooth and hassle-free. The place itself was spotless and incredibly cozy, with breathtaking mountainous views that made the stay unforgettable. The host communicated clearly and promptly, which made everything even easier. What a great place to stay for a quick little staycation. we were happy to find out that that condo was in the center of the village and made cruising around and grabbing a bite to eat all that much easier. The condo was better than expected with everything we could have wanted. it was like our own personal apartment for the weekend. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we are in Keystone. Thanks for such a great experience.

It was very clean when we got there, we noticed there was no tag for the car and messaged Spencer right away and he responded quickly that the previous stayers accidentally took it home with them. Everything worked out for us and the location is great just wish there were chairs on the patio for us to sit outside. we highly recommend.
