1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. We are 5 miles from historic New Smyrna Beach (Canal District) and less than 7 miles from the beach entrance. To make beach going easier, umbrella, chairs, cooler and sand-toys are here for your enjoyment.
