Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Edgartown

My family and I had a lovely stay in Oak Bluffs, MA! We loved walking around town (which is only a few minutes away on foot) and spending our time relaxing in the cottage after exploring. There are great restaurants, local shops, and beautiful scenery all within walking distance. Even though we brought our car (which was great for traveling to the island), we practically didn't need it to get around. Brianna was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We appreciated her willingness to answer any questions and enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back!

Beautiful, large home! It was perfect for a family get-together. Very nice location and well-stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed having use of the bicycles in the shed and rode the bike trail near the house. The kids loved playing ping pong and foosball in the wonderful basement. The basement/game room, in particular, was a great place for my brother's toddler, who made good use of the huge variety of toys down there. We had a great time in this lovely house, thank you!

We are a group of fishing buddies that have been coming to Chappy for many years and rented lots of places and Elaine’s home is far and away the best. From the awesome outside shower, beautiful bedrooms, high end kitchen and appliances everything one could want has been thought of.

We loved our stay here. It worked well for two groups. The view was amazing and we had a fair amount of wildlife visit us. Very walkable down to cure coffee shops and restaurants and also right off the bike path. Devon was a fantastic host and very accommodating! Would stay again!

This house was amazing! Beautiful and very clean! Megan had timely responses to messages and was clear in her instructions regarding the check in process. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower was maybe our favorite part of the trip, all the ladies enjoyed being outside and also the coolness of the inside of the house. There was tons of room. The overall aesthetic of the house was a calm, beachy vibe and made you feel like you were right beside the water. I wish we had played horseshoes in the back yard! If we need a place to stay in the future for a group trip with the ladies I would try to book here if it was available!

Fran's house is lovely, everything one needs for a fabulous stay. She is a very good host - responsive and informative. She lives on the prpoerty but we never saw her. We had a really great stay!!!

Liza’s place is magical. The house is so much more than a beach house. It has a soul! Thank you Liza for being such an exquisite host.

It’s a beautiful house and surroundings. Susan was very helpful and answered emails promptly. It was clean and we had everything we needed. It’s a very walkable neighborhood.

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

This is a great place to consider staying! Rachel was wonderful from the moment of booking, until after we departed. The place is cute as can be - and as a longtime visitor of MV - this little place captures the islands vibe and unwritten codes of quality and class. If I could give 100 stars I would!! Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at Jennifer’s listing has outdone them all!! First of all, Jennifer was the most amazing host and treated us like family! Secondly, the house was spotless, not a speck could be found (and I am usually picky about cleanliness) — it was absolutely exceptional!!! I will definitely be coming back multiple times. Thank you Jennifer for hosting us!

This was our second time staying at Carlina's place. It's a lovely apartment attached to the house with a private entrance. Very safe and well-kept, clean and very comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the sofa bed was very comfy too according to my teenage son. Fully equipped kitchen, not to mention the fresh eggs she leaves for her guests from her own chickens. They made for a delightful breakfast with our leftover Portuguese pops (rolls) from Antonio's restaurant (wonderful authentic Portuguese food--go!). Plenty of towels, toilet paper, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent. Carlina is an extremely responsive host and I will stay with her again! Thank you for everything!

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

We had a lovely time at Mary Alice’s place. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive before, during and after our stay. Even though we weren’t able to meet in person, she made sure we felt welcomed and had what we needed. She also offered flexible checkin/checkout which we didn’t end up needing, but it was nice to have as an option! The location is a quiet and cozy neighborhood that offered us privacy but was also walkable to the main street. Many thoughtful touches incorporated into the place - I can tell that she treats her home with so much love and care, and it shows! Would recommend!

Walkable to all local shops. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.

Our stay at this Nantucket Airbnb was wonderful! The location is good — with a car a short drive to charming shops, beaches, and dining, making it easy to soak in the island’s vibe. The property was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing our questions and ensuring a seamless experience. It was an excellent fit for our family, with plenty of space and family-friendly amenities. Highly recommend for a memorable Nantucket getaway!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

We had a great time at Leah’s place. She is a terrific communicator, immediate responses. She also reached out to share about local fun events that were happening during our stay. So nice! We would definitely stay there again.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

We had a fantastic time here! We were in Falmouth for a bachelorette weekend and this apartment was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The space was super cute and clean, perfect for our group! Adam was super helpful during our stay too. We definitely recommend.
