Vacation rentals with lake access in Edgartown

The house was as described and located in a very pretty, residential neighborhood. Comfortable for 5 adults, very clean and well equipped. A short walk took us to the pond. It was very peaceful with mallards and a couple of swans. Would rent this house again.

Absolutely amazing stay for a family trip this memorial day weekend! Such a great house, gorgeous decor, sparkling clean, serene view of the lake. The setup is perfect for multiple families- 2 bedrooms and full bath on top floor, two bedrooms and full bath on main floor and master bedroom and bath with comfy living room in basement. We used the grill and that was great too! Definitely will be returning in warmer months when we can use the outdoor space more! Thank you Dar!!

The house is nice, large, we had a rest with the whole family, 9 people, plenty of space, there is everything you need in the kitchen. Good quiet location!!!

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We had plenty of room for our group of seven. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The location was picturesque & serene. We enjoyed the setting overlooking the cove from the the dining tables, living area & deck. We also took full advantage of kayaking from the dock, biking around the beautiful neighborhood & walking to the beach at Popponesset Spit. The hosts were very responsive & accommodated our needs at both check in & check out. We hope we will be able to visit this special part of the Cape again.

The house lived up to our expectations from the pictures. It was quiet and peaceful with restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minutes. Everything we could have needed was provided and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful home.

This home was fantastic, sitting on a private driveway and lilly padded pond. The house is clean, freshly renovated, and decorated beautifully with a warm cozy, comfortable feeling. Definitely Cape Cod at it's finest. Our family loved the 2 separate TV family rooms, upper and lower, and the kitchen and seating area for meals was fantastic. A wall of glass, in the main FR and kitchen, over looking the pond loaded with wildlife was breathtaking. The home had some of the most comfortable bedrooms we've found and it suited our family wonderfully. N Falmouth is a great location, close several local towns, beaches and sites. Always an easy drive to local restaurants and shopping and then you are always able to return back to this relaxing gem. Our host Leslie, was a joy to deal with and is always quick to respond, polite and very accommodating. We loved our stay and would highly recommended 200 Chester St to anyone.

probably the best airbnb experience I've ever had. Jean was a fabulous and responsive host and the airbnb was very well stocked and super comfortable. Loved the porch!! Would 100% return.

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Wow, where to start. Kristin went above and beyond to accommodate us and we ended up getting married here! A wild rainstorm/ nor'easter came in so our beach elopement wedding plans had to be changed... not being from the area we had limited back-up options. Kristin kindly allowed us to do our small ceremony on the beautiful back deck. Even if all that didn't take place, her home would have a special place in our hearts because it's so tranquil and beautifully designed. Cherry on top, the bed was super comfy and kitchen well equipped! We had everything we needed for the week. Kristin's daughter gave us great recommendations too for local spots to eat. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had a really relaxing and wonderful time at Tina’s! Even though you are in a studio in someone’s home, it is really private with beautiful surroundings. It was a bit cool during our visit, but we enjoyed coffee by the water each morning. We explored the area towns and took some really nice walks with our pup and got some yummy food. The space had everything we needed and we can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer!

This was a perfect cottage for our week long vacation on the Cape. We wanted to stay in a central location to our planned activities and the cottage was a 20-30 min drive to local towns and an hour from Boston. The neighborhood was quiet, but this may change as the weather warms and more people arrive for weekends and vacations. The cottage has been recently updated and it was super clean. It has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time at the Crooked Cottage. The house was spotless clean, well stocked, and very comfortable beds. We immediately felt welcome there, as we arrived after a long drive to find fresh flowers and a bottle of delicious wine waiting for us. Kira left useful tips for things to do around the area, and sent us detailed and personalized suggestions upon request. We loved all her recommendations and discovered some additional places on our own. The house is conveniently located to hikes, bike paths, and beaches as well as life in the town. We highly recommend her place and look forward to returning some time.

My wife and I stayed at May's place while visiting family on Cape Cod. As described, it's a cozy little cottage, which was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Most of our time was spent on the delightful patio. A short night-time walk to the pond was exceptional with moon light reflecting off the water. Next time we're on the Cape, we definitely return.

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

We had a great time staying at Sam and Tom’s! It was so peaceful, had great amenities, and they were super responsive. There are a lot of great things to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again!

Don and Jennifer were wonderful hosts! My friends and I wanted a cozy and quiet weekend at Cape Cod and their cabin was lovely and charming! Don was very responsive and was very quick to answer any questions we had, along with providing us with suggestions for activities during our trip! They made us feel very welcome and we would definitely love to come back to the cabin if my friends and I return to Cale Cod!

Book this house NOW if your “must have” list includes cleanliness, large space, quiet surroundings, and convenience to just about everything you need and want to do on the Cape. My family had more than enough space to spread out and the kids are already talking about coming back again. Bay was a super host reaching out well in advance of the stay and was very responsive. Jen's place is located in a great location in terms of cape. it's close to a lot of things we would want to do on the cape. And it's on a very quiet and private lot, giving a tranquil and peaceful feeling the moment you walk in. The home is a cottage in a sense that it's basic and don't have luxury kitchens or fancy bathrooms but it's very functional and have all essential needs one can think of. Jen is nice and helpful, simply a pleasant interaction.
