Rachael’s apartment is a perfect, conveniently located home base for a stay in Nantucket. The space is spotless and all of the furniture and amenities appear to be new. You are walking distance from Cisco Brewery, Miacomet Golf Course and Bartlett Farms. And Racheal is an extremely friendly and helpful host. Can’t go wrong!

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

The loft space was perfect for me. Nicely appointed, perfectly clean, comfortable and in an ideal location. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The loft was perfectly appointed and peaceful. I enjoyed having a food truck available for an afternoon taco and I could also shop for basics at seafood store. I loved my experience!

This was our first time on the island but we will definitely go back! The studio was was well equipped, walkable to town and very welcoming! The coffee shop next door is great too!

Great location! Close to downtown. Free parking for one vehicle. Chic interior and exterior—scandi style and clean aesthetic! Angela was great to collaborate with about where to go with our pup, too. Overall awesome place and lovely host!

Loved our stay in Nantucket! Susan is a great host with very clear instructions and helpful tips. Loved the proximity to Cisco Brewery and the beach chairs available at the house was a nice unexpected perk. Would definitely love to stay again.

Wow, where to start. Kristin went above and beyond to accommodate us and we ended up getting married here! A wild rainstorm/ nor'easter came in so our beach elopement wedding plans had to be changed... not being from the area we had limited back-up options. Kristin kindly allowed us to do our small ceremony on the beautiful back deck. Even if all that didn't take place, her home would have a special place in our hearts because it's so tranquil and beautifully designed. Cherry on top, the bed was super comfy and kitchen well equipped! We had everything we needed for the week. Kristin's daughter gave us great recommendations too for local spots to eat. Highly recommend a stay here!

Courtney’s place was as advertised, a small studio for 2 people. There was a lovely outdoor seating area that we would have enjoyed, except the weather didn’t permit its use. This was a convenient place for us to stay near where the venue was for the wedding we were attending.

The place was a perfect overnight stop on my bike tour! I would stay again if I was in the area.

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

It was nice that both Dylan and Patricia let my boyfriend and I check in earlier than 3pm. They were also very responsive. There housekeeper even left us some goodies and wasn’t expecting that. Plenty of towels, too! It was very clean and we loved how close we were to everything. They left notes in a couple of places to know who to contact in case you have questions or emergency. The bed was comfy too - I’ve found in a few air bnbs that I have stayed at, beds aren’t that comfy but these were even the couch/chair. I highly recommend for a couple to stay here!

Despite the dreadful weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian‘s place. The bed was very comfortable. I did find that I missed more of a kitchen facility, with no sink in the area with the coffee maker. I found myself going back-and-forth between the bathroom and the living room to fill the kettle for my tea. The area was very quiet, and Brian’s home was easy to find.

Martha and her place was perfect for my needs. Martha was a pleasure to talk to. She was always available and very cool. I'll be back! Thank you Martha

We have stayed in all 3 apartments in this address. Excellent location and extremely responsive host. Highly recommend if you want quick walkable access to downtown Falmouth and beaches. What’s not to love!

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.

Lynn was a great Host. She was very responsive . the unit is very clean and everything you need is at your fingertips. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing week staying here. We booked last minute and Marlene was nothing but responsive and helpful. The resort is right on the beach and also had a pool, very close to everything and a lot to do!

We had a great night at Tina’s place! It was exactly the right size that the two of us needed. A nice woodsy location, great amenities and a VERY cozy bed. Something to note is that as this is a basement apartment, you can hear the family upstairs in their home when they walk around. Thanks so much for having us!!
