Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

The apartment is located in the historic Bamberg garden district. There are two bedrooms for max. 4 people. Bamberg city center is about 10 minutes' walk away, while Bamberg main train station is about 5 minutes away. Children are welcome but unfortunately the apartment does not have a changing table, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony.
