A wide balcony door leads to a terrace with seating and you can enjoy the km-wide distant view from here.

Parking space for 1 car in front of the gate. Note small children: child safety devices in the sockets. By using fireplace, parental supervision is mandatory!

If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
