Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly September) our in-ground pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Relax in this special and cosy home! Everything recently renovated, own electricity from the roof, heat through our stove, a basement for bicycles and a seating area outside at the edge of the forest with charcoal grill and fire bowl make our house unique! Everything is beautifully located in the valley, Eberbach and Heidelberg are within easy reach. For hiking ( Neckarsteig) and cycling (Bikeländ Eberbach) a great starting point! The Sinsheim thermal baths and bathing world is also not far away!

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Apotheke, Bank, Bäcker, Discounter und Gaststätten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Living space The apartment has a size of approx. 40 m2. There is a bedroom (bed 1.40 cm). Wardrobe is available. In the living room, there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a couch in addition to a table with chairs. A shower with toilet completes the apartment. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Waldbrunn is a climatic health resort. You can walk to a riding stable or a thermal bath in 5 minutes. Cycling or hiking, for example, to the Katzenbuckel where there is also a lake. In the thermal bath there is also tourist information.
