great value for money. beds are firm (I prefer medium) but was just as comfy as $450 p/n hotels. easy check in, friendly staff all round(extra points for this one). room service provided unlike some other airbnb I've stayed at in Melb. place a tad outdated but I don't care about those things as this trip we only used the room to rest up, shower and sleep. I'd personally not hire if I were looking at cooking.

Booked this place for my family of 4 for a few days to attend my graduation ceremony at The University of Sydney and it was a lovely stay for us, comfortable, clean and convenient to the university. Less than a 5mins drive to the uni and relatively safe location. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick and easy accommodation solution in Camperdown area. Staff were friendly and kind.

This review isn't exactly a fair review of Punthill South Yarra as due to a gas maintenance issue we were relocated to Punthill Flinders Lane. Therefore what I describe is more with regards to the Flinders Punthill. The place was overall very good but didn't enjoy the location and the room (obviously) wasn't exactly what I signed up for. Then again the gas issue was unexpected and I really appreciate that they found my family and I lodging in the heart of the city for the same price! I'm sure Punthill South Yarra would've been an amazing place and Punthill Flinders was good too! just that the room was a bit less nice and the loud busy streets don't exactly help with sleep.

This is an apartment hotel, so as would be expected, a little pricier than a private home. But the apartment itself is extremely well designed - very 'livable', which was a nice surprise. The reception is open most days from about 8am-8pm. Very close to shops, cafes, public transport, university, hospital, cinema; the beach is a short bus-ride away.

A well-appointed room features a spacious bed with a soft grey throw and blue accent pillows. A comfortable armchair sits beside a glass-topped side table, while a window dressed with grey curtains allows natural light to fill the space.

the accomodation was in the most perfect spot, with a seamless checkin making everything convenient for us!! i would definitely stay again, the room was so clean!

The outdoor dining area is furnished with a large white table surrounded by wicker chairs. A ceiling fan circulates air in the space, which is bordered by tropical greenery visible through expansive glass windows.
