Beautiful and quaint -just like the photos. The bathroom was great. Plenty of hot water and a decent shower nozzle. The place had everything we needed including a fireplace and split system heater. Lizzie was responsive and the place is easy to find-just a 5 min drive from Castlemaine. There are properties around you so this is not rural acreage but there is a small area out the front to sit and watch the world go by. Would definitely stay again

Lovely little stone building with everything you need. Very cozy and warm with the fire going. Completely private and very picturesque setting. Nice to walk around the local roads and look at the historic stone houses and farms. Only a 15 minute drive to Daylesford as well.

Jenny’s place was recommended to us and we’re now very happy to do the same for any other prospective vacationers. Jenny greeted us shortly after arriving and gave some great recommendations of local places to eat and visit. She also very kindly provided eggs from her resident hens, which we were more than happy to consume for breakfast. Also, special shoutout to Molly the dog! The place itself is perfectly proportioned for any two sharing and set in a beautiful location with rolling hills in all directions. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor fire and sit and gaze at the night sky, completely free of light pollution. All in all, a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic weekend and Vicky & Trevor are fantastic hosts. We spent a long weekend with two teenagers (15 & 16) and the accomodation was perfect for us. We loved the set up of the entertainment room and the pool table made the stay heaps of fun. The main bedroom was spacious and the outside area perfect for a night under the stars with a camo fire to keep us warm. Lastly, Vicky & Trevor were superb hosts and on hand to help with any queries and easy to contact online before our stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing location! So very private, we didn’t see a soul for miles! A great place for a sneaky weekend away! The fire was cosy and almost all the light you need at night. Great idea to bring your own kindling and firewood, just in case. Make sure you get there early in the day, if you’re not familiar with farms it might be hard to find. Did I say private? Oooohhhh it was exactly what we were after!

Great secluded location and very comfortable accomodation. The roaming farm animals were a highlight for the children. Cozy fireplace in winter. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

From the moment we pulled up, we were met with the amazing host, Beth. She was warm and welcoming. As we walked through the doors of the barn, a relaxing energy came over me. If you’re looking for a romantic spot to stay in the most beautiful town then look no further. We were impressed we could walk straight into town and had some beautiful dining experiences. Gorgeous location for my sons pre wedding stay. Loved the friendly donkeys (Basil and son) and gorgeous Brooklyn the dog. Perfect interior decor for the wedding boys and photos. The weather on the weekend we were there accentuated the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend Angela’s place for a peaceful, serene, cosy highland stay 😊

We had a fantastic time at Janelle’s it was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it to all Janelle and her husband were so welcoming, the accommodation is fantastic and we already have plans to rebook in the future If your looking for a hideaway and somewhere to relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life this is the perfect spot, sunsets in the evenings and sun rises in the morning So good

Beautiful stay on Paramoor winery. The cottage was comfortable, warm with heating and a wood-burner, and the property is really peaceful. 10 minutes drive from Kyneton, Lancefield and Woodend, and wineries. The wine at Paramoor was delicious - we had a lovely tasting with Sam. Thank you!

AMAZING!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Heather was a wonderful communicator and responded very quickly to any messages. Upon arrival we had an incredible selection of treats. Everything was unlocked and ready for us. This place is boutique and incredible value for money. The gardens are beautiful and absolutely packed with hidden gems, sculptures, water features, places to explore or simply sit and take everything in. The interiors were the same. Little things like extra towels, pillows, blankets and rugs. The fireplace was set up and ready to just light and plenty of firewood. Stocked with every amenity needed. The only teeny tiny faults would be no tissues and no "whiskey" type glasses, but that's purely nit picking. We booked our next stay here before even leaving. Possibly the best Air B&B I have ever stayed in, an absolute credit to Heather. Thank you for making a haven for your visitors ❤️

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful and immaculately clean Airbnb. I booked it for two nights as a birthday getaway for my partner. A chance for us to relax, recharge, and unwind, and it was the perfect place for exactly that! We absolutely loved the outdoor amenities: enjoying the infrared sauna, taking a dip in the cold outdoor bath, and soaking in the hot bath under a sky full of stars. It was pure magic. The outdoor fire pit and the cozy indoor fireplace added an extra layer of warmth and comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host team has thought of everything you might need; the space is so well equipped and thoughtfully put together. Our fluffy family member also had the best time. It’s a pet-friendly gem! Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, with fast responses to any questions we had. Thank you so much for creating such a special place. We left feeling refreshed and full of gratitude. Would love to return again!

Therese's place is fantastic. It not only loves up to the photos and description, but seems to surpass them. This has to be one of the most well equipped AirBnBs I have stayed at, and makes me feel like I have been too generous with other reviews in the past! The cleanliness and attention to detail for the amount of amenities, from the kitchen, to the spa, to the fireplace and fire pit is outstanding. Therese is a wonderful and responsive host. Cannot recommend enough.

Carole and John went out of their way to make our weekend away special and relaxing. We had a wonderful breakfast hamper supplied to us, along with some birthday treats for my partner, chocolates on the pillows, and a cosy fire already lit when we got there. The accommodation was spotless and really comfortable, with a shower that you could’ve spent hours in if we weren’t being conscious of water use for their water tanks. The gardens are beautifully kept, with 12 acres to stroll around and a picnic basket ready for you to find a perfect hideaway with. Carole and John were so accommodating and lovely. All in all, it’s perfect for a romantic and relaxing weekend away in nature.

A beautiful property in a perfect location, I wish we were there for a longer stay! The property and surrounds were beautiful and quiet, a perfect private space and only around a 5 minute drive to the shops & cafes. Thank you for having us Alex!

The Black Barn at Bowral is such a gorgeous place to stay- we loved every minute. The owners have thought of everything- fresh flowers in every room, a thoughtful handwritten note and some beautiful products on arrival, and plenty of firewood to keep the barn cozy all weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we will be back!

Somerset Stables were tastefully appointed with some beautiful timber. Over the road from the zoo so we could hear lions and zebra early in the morning. It was warm and comfortable and Suzanne was friendly and accomodating. We really enjoyed it.

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and the view from the Glasshouse was simply stunning - such a wonderful place to have a glass of wine! Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming—check-in was seamless. It's clear they put a lot of care into creating a great experience for their guests. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’m already dreaming about coming back!

Glenmore Springs is the perfect location for exploring the King Valley, surrounded by different options for bush walks, wineries and spots for swimming in the river. Also just the most peaceful place to sit and enjoy the country side, with beautiful views of the farm and the river just 3 mins walk from the accomodation. Excellent hosts. Thank you. Will be back again.

Incredibly luxurious space! We had an amazing time at redhill barn. Well located and perfect timing at the start of winter wine weekend. 2 minute drive to my favourite winery 10 minutes by tractor and even closer to my wifes favourite spot green olive. The host was incredibly accomodating and great with her communication. Would absolutely book it again

Zoe was very communicative, accommodating, and gave great recommendations. The property is spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. Chester and the farm animals gave some extra charm. Quite close to a road which gave a little bit more noise than expected when outside but this also meant super quick and easy to get around to town, Fitzroy Falls and anywhere else you might like to pop out to. Loved the in and outdoor fire options and slept like a baby.
