A cottage with beautiful lake views in a small village in Finland. A nature destination for peace lovers. No party venue. Silence from 11 p.m. Close to attractions such as the Kalkkinen Canal and rapids, sulksy canal, sledding ridge, Päijänne National Park, Päijänne Landscape Road, etc. Located 3 km from the village of Kalkkinen, there is a K-market, a bar, an idyllic summer cafe and a wine shop/wine shop. Drinking water / mineral water is only available from one faucet in the kitchen. Other water contains a little salt.

Modern loghouse on a beach of a beautiful lake.

Beatiful loghouse by the lake ”Juojärvi”. The lake is one of the purest in Finland. Crystal clear water and wild nature around the Villa makes it perfect for relaxation and rest. Running water and all modern household devices are availble for you to save time for yourself. The nearest town (Outokumpu) is about 25 km away. Perfect for people who like to enjoy both easy relaxation, sauna and swimming in clear water as well as canoing, hiking and solitude. The Valamo monastery is at the same lake.

Peaceful Villa with a Beach Sauna and a BBQ Place

The Kot’mäki Villa takes you back to the feel of old, original summer villas. It includes a roofed barbecue space which is perfect for barbequeing, and the roofed area is spaceous enough for gathering around and enjoying the warmth of the fire. The cottage terrace has room for dining while enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. Down by the shoreline there’s a traditional log sauna cabin with an access for a swim to the lake. The neighbouring waters are sheltered and well suitable for paddling.

Beautiful villa by the lake.

Beautiful Finnish experience in a fully equipped 2-bedroom dream cottage by the lake with beautiful lake-side views, well located only 15min from Hamina or 30min from Kotka. House has running water and electric sauna but the best thing is go to wooden sauna which you can have best experience and after sauna you can go swimming to lake or/and hot tub. There is also rowing boat and two sub boards which is available free of charge. If you looking for peace and relaxing time, this is for you!
