I asked and next to the university in the lush landscape of Puijonlaakso, a new studio apartment on a French balcony. Dedicated parking spot in the yard. Accessible access to the apartment. Downtown Kuopio is 2.5 km away. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment, where there are two lines in 10minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, along which you continue to Puijo. Also next door to the beautiful Frog Pond and cozy park area with beaches.

Enjoy a SAUNA and tasty dreams in this peaceful but still close to the center in a 61m2 two-bedroom apartment. You'll have bed beds READY for you, and you'll find tea and coffee to make, among other things, in the kitchen. Located on the 1st floor of a house without an elevator, but not on the ground. Final cleaning is included! Distances: Railway station 2.1 km. University 3.3 km. Market 2.3 km. Riveria Peltola 1.1 km. A free spot for a low car in a canopy. Guest spaces in the yard for 4 hours from 9am to 8pm.

Welcome to have a clean, well maintained one-bedroom apartment! The entire apartment (37 m²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. New 2020 bright small one-bedroom apartment on the 11th floor of the tower building with a glazed balcony and great views to Puijo and Kallavesi. The apartment has cooling ventilation, new furnishings, and a high quality level of equipment. In the bedroom, the blackout curtains. The apartment is in a tower house built into a new travel center. Buses and trains depart from the side. All downtown services are about 5-15 min. walk away. For free parking in the adjacent parking garage, we need a recorder number.

Private duplex in the center of Joensuu. Cozy apartment with sauna, glazed balcony for evening sun and central, but quiet location: 1km to the market, 500m to the university. Parking lot in the courtyard, plus 8h puck spots on the street (8am-6pm). NOTE: Self-catering, i.e. you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Please leave the apartment as tidy as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance.
