A cottage with sauna, hot tube and open fire outdoors in the forest. Stuga med sauna, spabad och öppen spis utomhus. Modern nyrenoverad fastighet som håller hög standard. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Dein eigenes Ferienhaus am See - komm mal raus...

Im Frühjahr 2020 haben wir das Grundstück erworben, es hat 5 Ferienhäuser. Dieses erste, die Nr. 7/4, haben wir 2020 liebevoll renoviert und DU kannst kommen. Das hübsche Ferienhaus hat Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Bad mit Dusche. Dazu gibt es eine nette eigene Terrasse zur Südseite. Sie ist teilweise überdacht und es gibt auch eine Markise für die besonders sonnigen Tage. Das Grundstück hat einen eigenen Zugang zum See und einen Steg mit Badeleiter.

Our little cottage is situated in an olive grove in Ivan Dolac. It is a cosy little studio apartment for two people who look for little peace and quiet. The beach is 200 metres away and bars, restaurants and market are 500 metres from our little house.
