I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as usual at the reception) upon arrival, they immediately check in to the room, which has already previously turned on the heating and hot water boiler. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy,nice,freshly renovated. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, utensils, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: sea, embankment,lake and "singing" fountains with night lighting

Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

Piazza di Spagna Comfort Rooms is centrally located in Rome, just a 5-minute walk from the Spanish Steps. This Deluxe Double Room, "Babuino Room" that faces the historical fountain "er Babuino", features ceiling with wooden beams, Free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, minibar and elettric kettle. The private bathroom's come with a hairdryer, a rain shower, sleepers, and free toiletries. We don't serve breakfast. We have four identical rooms of this type, no elevator.

The pride of our hotel Švamberský dům is the attic apartment with a bathtub located right in the middle of the room. In the generously designed spaces, you will be impressed by the original preserved medieval exposed and restored roof trusses. The suite has a spacious relaxation area with a television. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub in the middle of the living room, a hair dryer and a separate toilet.

You will be accommodated in the dormitory at the Grand Ferdinand and enjoy the amenities of the house. The access to the Grand Etage with rooftop pool is included, for a breathtaking view over Vienna. The city tax (3.2%) needs to be paid on-site.
