Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

We are in a sleepy seaside village called East Preston (also known as Angmering on Sea). Our seaside bungalow is located on a private road in a quiet neighbourhood and is only a 5 min walk from the beach. The cottage is detached, and has lovely inside and outside space. You have sole use of the accommodation. There is a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 single beds) which sleep 4 people. The village has cafes, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.

The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.
