Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

We are in a sleepy seaside village called East Preston (also known as Angmering on Sea). Our seaside bungalow is located on a private road in a quiet neighbourhood and is only a 5 min walk from the beach. The cottage is detached, and has lovely inside and outside space. You have sole use of the accommodation. There is a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 single beds) which sleep 4 people. The village has cafes, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.

Dogs are not permitted in the communal garden. 5 minute drive to the South Downs for walking and cycling and amazing views.
