Chichester(R3) brilliant for town, coast & country

RogerRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Len is a very helpful and accommodating host. He is friendly and communicates well with guests. I stayed for 19 nights and he made it easy for me to work and travel during my stay. The location was ideal for me - although Stockbridge is just outside Chichester its easy to get around, even if you don't drive. The 20-minute walk/10-minute cycle into the city centre, along the canal path, is very enjoyable and a beautiful natural environment. Altogether, a great stay!

Angel Cottage on the South Downs Way

Staying with Jane was fab what a great lady felt right at home and had one of the best sleeps in an ages. Will hopefully stay there again next time I walk on by in the new year. The village was great with two very good pubs.

Forestside Home with Beautiful Views

We were attending the Goodwood Revival and Martin’s place was located an easy drive away. Badgers was perfect for our needs. After a very wet and muddy event, we are immensely grateful to Martin for letting us wash our cars on his drive. He even lent us the hose and bucket!

Sunset View Garden Annexe

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Thanks Emma for a lovely stay. Emma's place is a lovely quiet retreat. it is situated in their back garden, which overlooks a farmyard and fields. There is a nice grassy strip along the field that you can sit out on and share it with their neighbours, watching the sunset. I only saw Emma once, but she was friendly and helpful. The place is cosy, clean and Emma has left thoughtful treats for guests. It was perfectly situated for a wedding that we went to and is close to Petersfield and so we popped into town for breakfast and dinner with ease.

The Coach House, Woodmancote

HelenRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The Coach Barn is small but perfectly formed! We stayed there while visiting family in the area, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The place was spotless, and had everything you might need. With four of us staying, the sofa bed was pre-made up when we arrived (avoiding a post-travel argument with the other half about how to get the bed out!). It was very warm, but as an upstairs flat in a mini heatwave, that was expected! We flung all the windows open, and the gated rural location allowed us some security to have them open all night for ventilation. It's a great little place, and we would be happy to visit again.
