Unbeatable location in the heart of a great neighborhood; walking distance to anything you may need and then some: great shops, restaurants, bakeries and even a supermarket and a pharmacy. Choosing between the train and walking to the center of London is also a no brainer if you enjoy walking

Alex is a great host! The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, equiped and close to shops. The place is well sound proofed so couldn't hear my kids enjoying the screen during calls, there were plenty of local parks they visited and we enjoyed the evening sun on the balcony on a lazy evening. I'll definitely be booking again.

Coming in from out of the country, David and Asher were so helpful in getting us situated and settled in. They responded to any question within moments and were very easy to reach. We loved the apartment and the stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Matt’s lovely apartment in the peaceful village of Duxford, amazingly just minutes from the M11. Matt was quick to respond to our booking, providing clear & helpful information about the apartment & the surrounding area, including where to eat & recommendations of places to visit. He was also in touch a few more times before our arrival, including providing the entry codes, & again after we left. The bottle of Prosecco & selection of biscuits was a lovely welcome surprise, & the food in the 2 local pubs Matt recommended, both within a few minutes walk, was delicious. (We ate in the John Barleycorn twice in 4 days!) We also had a superb brunch in Cafe19 at the Duxford Community Centre… a fantastic facility. We would certainly recommend this apartment & would happily stay here again if back in the area.

Nick, thank you so much for hosting us. We have great time! Apartment is lovely! We enjoyed staying in your backyard area in the evenings and just chill and relax after a long day of walking. It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Great little basement apartment in an interesting neighborhood. We didn't mind the 15 min walk to the tube. Stayed 9 days and enjoyed getting to know the area. Very walkable to restaurants, shops, and parks. Michael and team were professional and responsive. Definitely recommended and hope to stay again some time.

Wonderful location close to London and Hertfordshire attractions. We found Heather Ann's upstairs flat to be very clean, with easy instructions for entry. The hosts are very friendly and were on hand for any queries. Highly recommend as a good base for the local area.

It looks exactly like the photographs. It was clean and comfortable, perfect for my two night stay. Daria was very responsive to my numerous questions. I appreciated that she let me drop my bags off early and also let me leave my bags- later than my check out time. The location is perfect- walkable to shops and restaurants. I felt safe since there was someone at the front desk 24 hours. I highly recommend! Thank you Daria!

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. It was bigger than we expected from the photos and very comfortable. Inside had everything we needed (and more!) including toys and games for the little ones and the gardens were just beautiful. We had lots of fun on the tennis courts! Lots in the area for young families. Hosts were very responsive whenever we had queries. Would recommend and would very happily stay again.

The best thing about my story was the host -Andy is fantastic and always responds quickly ; is very friendly and helpful . The house is in a beautiful peaceful rural location . It is on a main road -but don’t let that put you off -as it’s still very quiet . The house is well set up and was very clean . There’s a lovely lounge ; big kitchen and a lovely garden . The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils needed . There are 2 bathrooms -one upstairs with a separate shower -and one downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms-2 downstairs and 1 large bedroom upstairs with a very comfortable king size bed . The 2 bedrooms downstairs were also a good size . The beds downstairs had soft very mattresses which I personally didn’t find comfortable-but this is more of a personal choice as I prefer a firmer mattress . I stayed here to visit family in the local area -and whilst it is rural -it is still a convenient location for travelling. I would def recommend staying at Andy’s place .

Clare and Vanessa’s place was beautiful in a lovely cul de sac with t was very peaceful but a short walk to transport and great places to eat . The house was very pretty and comfortable with everything you need for a stay . The best bit was sitting in the gorgeous roof garden . I would highly recommend this lovely place

I stayed at Luke and Rachel’s Annexe for a longer stay and had a really positive experience. They were really great hosts - friendly, helpful, very kind and always easy to communicate with. The property is set in a stunning location in a beautiful village, with peaceful surroundings and lovely countryside nearby. It was an easy commute into London Liverpool Street (you do need a car to get to the nearest train station which is a few minutes drive away, and there’s free parking on the village streets which was a bonus). All in all, a great base for a longer stay. Thanks again for having me!

'Exactly what it says on the tin'. When my family of 3 generations (aged 5 - 95) 6 adults, 2 children arrived we felt that we already knew the property, so accurate were the descriptions and the photographs that Jubed has supplied. Communication since booking (a year in advance) has been excellent, friendly courteous and comprehensive. A wonderful 3 night stay. I would highly recommend this property. Quiet neighbourhood and yet easily accessible to Central London.

I’ll stay with luke was more than we could’ve asked for. The space was beautiful and the location was perfect, and we had the most stunning sunset. The property was clean and tidy and plenty of space for all of our Crew. communication with Luke was perfect and was there whenever we needed anything. would stay here again.

Robin’s retreat was a fantastic stay and did everything we wanted in a comfortable nights stay just outside London. Emily was proactive and friendly in her messages and offered help on us ftrinf into London after we had left. The self-contained studio had all the homely amenities you would need to have comfortable stay, include milk for my brews that I had forgotten. Cooked a lovely meal in the evening and an English breakfast in the morning using all the facilities. Properly is on Emily’s land but is sperate to the main house and private. Sat watching the countryside and her hens in the morning in peace. Would recommend a stay and if I need a place near London I would use again. Thank you Emily. 😁

Very amazing place. Made our trip perfect. I can't just talk like a chat. 1. Location The first place on my long trip was in the heart of London. When this was London, I found another London in the second home. I thought it was all about London's wonderful old-fashioned buildings, but I could see the future of London's new, new skyscrapers and modern buildings. The very beautiful view of London from the high floor and the twinkling lights at night are very romantic And, the train is just 1 minute away, so you can go to the center of the city in 15 to 20 minutes. Also, there is a grocery store on the first floor, so you can shop very conveniently. 2. Inside The interior is really spacious, relaxing, and has everything. It has a very comfortable and comfortable bed, a spacious and clean bathroom with a bathtub, a microwave air fryer, and a dish dryer, and all the condiments and even delicious cocoa. It was stable and very convenient, and it increased the satisfaction of the trip. Above all, the host is the best. When I had a little problem, he handled things so reliably. I am a skilled and peaceful assistant. This place was a great trip to make my trip enjoyable. I was able to understand London widely at Canary Wharf, which is close to 2 stops.

We enjoyed our stay. Kieran was very friendly and responsive, a super host. Check-in was seamless. The apartment is better than the pictures; clean, full of amenities. Apartment is walking distance to the bus stop and a not too far to the train station. Overall it was a beautiful experience. The kids enjoyed themselves also. We'd definitely return 👌

Beautiful apartment with stunning views, in an unbeatable location - Vauxhall station right across the street for quick tube/bus/surface rail connections across the city and beyond. Many options for eating and groceries within a 5 minute walk - our personal faves were the Market Place Food Hall and the Kennington Lane Cafe. The property is tastefully furnished, superbly maintained/presented and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and bedding - plus blackout curtains and effective sound insulation so we slept solidly each night. Hosts very friendly and communicative from booking through departure; we had zero issues during but if we had, they made it clear they'd be happy to help. Couldn't wish for more - and in such a great location. We'll plan our next London trip around availability for this apartment... I can't think of higher praise than that!

I stayed here on a vacation trip to London. Yaa could not have been more friendly. She always responded immediately to any questions prior to my arrival. She even reached out to ask what type of water, milk, and wine I preferred so she could ensure things were available prior to my arrival. The place was very nice. Clean, well designed, and quiet. Very walkable to the Underground. Note, the description is accurate when it says it is on an upper floor. And when you overpack like I do, you may have trouble getting up the stairs. (Completely my fault for packing too much, and it was clearly noted in the description.) If I am ever in London again, I would happily stay here again!

enjoyed my stay and the hosts were so lovely and allowed us to check out an hour later because we encountered heavy traffic on the way which meant we checked in later than we wanted. the place is really nicely decorated and the personal touches are lovely. it was also very clean and spacious. would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again :)

The location is great for runs in the park and proximity to the tube station - 15 mins' walk. Otherwise on hot day a short Uber ride is all it takes. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. We had a really good and productive stay. Thank you Max.

Wow what a wonderful apartment. We had so much space and it was clean, quiet and charming. Jilly and David couldn’t do enough for us and were very helpful with information about where to shop and eat out. We came mainly for Whipsnade Zoo which is only about ten minutes away and we had a great time. We will be back!
