Please note: This functional budget accommodation is aimed at long-term business stays. The decor is simple and practical; less suitable for guests looking for luxury or tourist facilities.

Das Zentrum von Wilhelmshaven befindet sich 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Es ist eine voll ausgestattete gemeinschaftliche Küche vorhanden. Außerdem befindet sich das Zimmer über unser eigenes geführtes Restaurant. In diesem können Sie natürlich ihr Mittag bzw Abend essen genießen.

Our apartments in this category are bright and friendly and can accommodate up to two people. In the open, spacious living and sleeping area with adjoining tiny kitchen you will find a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, a double bed and a dining table – perfect for lunch & cozy evenings. From the south balcony you have a fantastic and breathtaking view of the sea, the dunes and the west tower – while the North Sea breeze tickles your nose!

1 bed in 5-bed female dorm with bathroom

Our women's room with 5 beds is on the first floor of our old Bremen house. The space is special because you sleep on two levels. We used the high ceilings to pull a second level into the room. The room has a private bathroom consisting of a toilet with sink, a separate shower and a sink in the room. Each bed has a lockable compartment. You pay the city tax of 5% on the overnight stay on arrival at the reception.

Apartment North/South - early

The apartments are about 39 square meters and suitable for 2-3 people. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, an armchair and TV. There is also a dining table with chairs, and a kitchenette fully equipped. Dishwasher and microwave are also provided. In the semi-divided bedroom there is a box spring bed (160 x 200). In the bathroom the toilet and a towel dryer as well as a hair dryer. Pets on request

Stylish accommodation "Huis met de Vazen" - K5 & 6

This unique accommodation is a national monument from 1883 called: "House with the Vases" because of its rich history as the private home of the owner of the former soap factory to the left of the monument. The accommodation is in a beautiful location on the water in the center of Assen with all the sights, amenities and restaurants within walking distance.

The Weerribben nature reserve and the beautiful Giethoorn are about 10 minutes' drive away. The Hunebedden are also worth checking out.

The Bötchen is our smallest and coziest apartment in our vacation home Winkelschiffchen and therefore the ideal accommodation for a cozy vacation for two or for a small family. From the roof terrace you have a fantastic view over the dyke, over the sea to the mainland.
