Monthly Rentals in East Foothills

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crystal's place. She was thoughtful and responded quickly when we needed an extension. I definitely recommend her place and would it book again.

What a fun weekend! We booked the tree house for my son's birthday, and he was thrilled! It was peaceful, cozy, and so different from a regular hotel. Inside, it was clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and there was even a well-equipped little kitchenette. The fully functioning bathroom was a big plus! We also had a great time outside, roasting marshmallows (we’ve brought our own firewood). Sleeping in the tree house was amazing! 
Also, thank you for the complimentary snacks and drinks, it’s such a thoughtful touch!

This my favorite place to stay in the Bay Area. Clean, cozy had a lot of extra. The bathroom was very Nice the area was safe & really beautiful.

Afkham and Reza were amazing hosts from the beginning to end. They were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The cottage was cute, cozy, nicely furnished, and had lots of amenities. It was very clean with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Afkham went out of her way to provide a full loaf of bread and a batch of eggs. She also offered a portable heater if I were to get too cold. She is very sweet and thoughtful. Lastly, the surrounding is beautiful and relaxing. There are lots of trees around that helps create a serene and quiet private atmosphere. I felt safe at all times. Definitely recommend staying here!
