An absolutely dreamy escape for two! complete with scenic views, and enough special touches to feel at home. Fiona made everything so comfortable and we look forward to coming back!

Great location - Very Quiet yet within short walking distance to Milford on Sea centre with Shops, Restaurants, Pubs and the beach. Clean, comfortable and very well equiped> it had everything you need for a relaxing break. Kevin is very welcoming and helpful. Leaving cake on arrival was a nice and most welcome touch, and also the Dishwasher was a nice surprise.

This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first. The surroundings are stunning and the wagon has everything you need. It’s so cosy and comfortable and Susan and Neil are both so friendly and welcoming they really make you feel at home. It’s the perfect balance between feeling looked after and having some peaceful time on your own. I find a couple of nights here is extremely restorative!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Piggery. It was absolutely beautiful, we loved the space and the indoor/outdoor living. Our two little girls had such a lovely time in the outdoor space while we could relax as it was so safe. We visited Longleat and it was a perfect locations, just 10 minutes away. The perfect place to unwind after a very busy day! Beverly was so lovely and made us all feel very welcome. We will definitely stay again!

Thank you so much for hosting us Tracy. The hut was perfect, beautifully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches. The best bit was the location, private and secluded. The view from hut was just of rolling hills - no buildings or even roads in sight! A place to unwind and de-stress.

Rebekah was very welcoming and lovely host! Fantastic stay, beautiful space with everything you need. Attention to detail and kind gestures for your arrival with milk juice and plenty for breakfast from crumpets to chocolate croissants! Lovely big garden for outside space. About a 10 min drive to the closest beach. All beds were super comfy! Highly recommend and hope to come back next year!

Lyn and David are the most wonderful hosts! David build the home from the ground up and it is very beautiful! We loved how homely it felt, comfortable beds, views that are out of this world and a really peaceful place to be! We can’t thank you both enough for allowing us to share your slice of Mendip Hills beauty!! Lyn left some homemade scones which were to die for! We have to revisit as we didn’t explore all the amazing walks and Wells in more detail , and would not think twice to stay again. PS there is a beautiful little shepherds hut nearby with the same amazing views also built by David (Lyn said because he was bored!) Hopefully David remains bored, we look forward to his next amazing space/s. We highly recommend you visit!

Our whole experience of staying at the Bird Hide exceeded all expectations. Great to have an excellent corner shop just down the road and selection of places to eat/drink. Also bus stop 5 mins walk away to get to all other parts of the island. And lovely walk to Freshwater village through wooded nature area. The Bird Hide itself is so very private and well stocked with absolutely everything you might need. Thoroughly recommended!

Sue and Ben are the most welcoming and lovely hosts. Helped us out as soon as we arrived and made us feel at home. The cabin was gorgeous and the location is so quiet! Thank you both!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic stay at Woodpecker Cabin. Set with on the forest, it was true tranquility and peace. We loved watching all the wildlife and birds and what a treat to meet the deers ! The cabin itself is spotless and comfortable. We used the fire pit and was lovely just to take in all the surroundings. We will definitely be returning !

Lovely stay! Accommodation is beautiful and the setting is peaceful. The toys available for my little one to play with were much appreciated.

A lovely hut in the New Forest, beside the local pub (which we didn’t actually try). A peaceful location! Really well appointed, luxurious hut, with v comfy bed and a lovely bathroom! What more could you want!

We had a wonderful time in Alister's tiny house, and the house is lovingly thought out down to the last detail. The view of the Tor is breathtaking, and access to the Tor is a privilege. Alister was very friendly and available at any time for questions. We would return anytime and highly recommend the tiny house. Thank you!

The shepherd's hut is the perfect peaceful getaway if you want to be in the middle of nature. Ducks, geese and a peacock wander the lawn - slice of heaven

The Zen Den has a view to die for and one that you won't want to leave! Amazing access straight out of the back gate to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and cafe (note - need to book in advance!) Zara is a great host and really flexible with check in/out and really welcoming. So lovely to chill with the gorgeous cat in the conservatory too! Will definitely be back:)

Natures Nook was the perfect hideaway. We were blown away with the views and local wildlife, right on our doorstep. All the extra touches from Sara (snacks, homemade brownies, Prosecco and soft drinks) made us feel very special and welcomed and she really went above and beyond. Communication was fab, right from booking and throughout our stay when we needed some assistance. The fire pit was perfect for toasting marshmallows - even with a spot of rain! The Nature Walk was beautiful and completely private. We can’t wait to go back and would recommend it to anyone - it’s the perfect spot to unwind and switch off!! Thank you Sara! :)

My husband and I had a great stay at Kate and Jamie’s place. Studio 28 was perfect for our summer solstice visit! Very comfortable and Kate and Jamie are wonderful warm hosts. The little touches and effort they go to are very kind and thoughtful. Would love to come back in the winter and spend more time in the studio. Thanks Kate and Jamie!

wow wow...what a wonderful place. we were welcomed by Sara who was full of local information and Flo the cocker spaniel who greeted us like we were old friends. John filled in the gaps with the history of the house and surrounding landscape. we were very lucky with the weather and were able to fully appreciate swimming in the river and sitting out enjoying watching mo the lawnmower weaving across the immaculate garden. We enjoyed walks from the door and visiting Stonehenge and Salisbury via the local bus service. we couldn't have asked for a better holiday than this. it was truly amazing and we felt totally chilled by the end of it. Thank you Sara and John for making us feel so welcome and sharing your home and garden with us. We cannot fault anything and will most definately be back.

This was definitely one of our favourite accommodations we've booked so far. Amazing location with beautiful nature all around. The Lodge was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lynne and Nigel were very friendly and helpful and communication from Roxanne was great. We were lucky enough to see the New Forest ponies and deer at the garden fence aswell as the very friendly dogs, chickens and ducks. The surrounding landscape is stunning with lots of walks available from the garden gate. We felt very privileged to be able to spend a weekend here.

What a fantastic little find! Little Glen Brook was super clean, with plenty of space for the 2 of us a a large dog. The gardens were beautiful, and being woke up to the sound of birds singing was amazing. A beautiful pub which is a stones-throw away, and lots of lovely places to walk. But also is so close to other walks in the New Forrest that you don’t feel like you’re stuck in one place. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Thank you, we had a lovely stay in the Granary which is very cosy and is well kitted out with everything you need to be self catering. I booked a few days away for my husband's birthday and it proved an ideal spot to cycle around on the quieter roads with plenty of pubs on route!
