Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Rose Cottage is set within the grounds of a private estate. The New Forest National Park where the animals roam freely, is just outside of our gate. Enjoy watching deer, rabbits, birds, and an abundance of other forest wildlife visit the grounds. You will also notice that the New Forest ponies, donkeys, and pigs are regular visitors.
