The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Beachy Barn

With wonderful views over the South Downs, this beautiful flint and oak cottage sleeps 6 people in one double room, one single room and one triple room. There are two bathrooms, a downstairs utility room with WC and large open plan kitchen with an extendable dining table. From the kitchen there are three steps down to a comfortable seating area with French doors leading onto a terrace and garden. Dogs are welcome and will receive their own welcome basket, but there is a £45 surcharge per pet.

At the start of a private country track with free parking and with Polegate Station and trains to London in less than 90 minutes, just a short taxi ride away.

There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
