A mile away, you'll find Deep Eddy Pool (spring fed and open year round), Lion's Municipal Golf Course (18 holes in the heart of Austin), and Lake Austin's waterfront dining. There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Enjoy a movie in the cozy, comfy family room or have a fancy night in front of the fire glass fireplace. If you need some alone time head out to the bungalow office/library.
