It is an old private house that initially opened as an accommodation facility for almost 100% inbound. Renovation work is being carried out on the semi-open-air bath inside the warehouse and the water area. ■ Healing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the middle garden, and the back garden, and well water flows everywhere, flowing between the hand basin, the watering hole, the deer repellent, the stepping stones, and the pot pond, where koi, medaka, tanago, and crayfish live, and a biotope space visited by wild birds. ■ Check-in lounge (cafe/bar space), souvenir corner ■ You can drink authentic cocktails on the first floor of the annex (main building). Location Opened in May 2024. Located in the heart of Takayama's historic district, Makoto-ya Ojin is a stylish inn in 1-chome, Ojin-cho, Takayama City, where the good old Japanese landscape remains. In front of our house, which is sandwiched between the Hida-Buri Highway that connects the former Toyama and Takayama, there are the Nissho-bu Mingei Kan and the Yoshima residence, which are important cultural properties that show the rich cultural assets of Japan, and this area is designated as a preservation district for traditional buildings. You can enjoy the old town and beautiful scenery while experiencing historic buildings. It is a 2-minute walk to Miyagawa Morning Market and a 5-minute walk to Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine, the site of the autumn Takayama Festival. The festival stall in this area is called Hōmeita, and it has a variety of decorations such as a palanquin and sculptures (1-minute walk to the stall). Enjoy Takayama's history to the fullest in an excellent location. <Building and Hida master carpenters> Built 145 years ago by a master craftsman from Hida, this building has been revived here by modern craftsmen. This is a one-day, one-group-limited accommodation called "Private Resort Fuji", located in a villa area an 11-minute walk from Lake Yamanaka, which was renovated by a designer in July 2024. It is a Japanese modern design house based on a total floor area of 115 ㎡, 3LDK cabins. When you go up to the second floor, you can see the large Mt. Fuji from the window of the living room, BBQ on the large balcony on the back of Mt. Fuji, and after enjoying the barrel sauna surrounded by trees, you can take a bath in the forest in the resting space outside.The yard has a large fire pit where you can even talk around the fire.In addition, there is a high fence in the garden, so if you bring your dog, you don't have to worry about running away. The room has a large 90-inch screen, where you can enjoy Prime Video, Youtube, and more.At night, you can also see the starry sky if the conditions are right.

Starting in 2019, we're building a new home in front of us.
