It was a satisfying trip. The access road is too steep, so it's dangerous, and it's a bit of a shame that there are no convenience stores around.

Before check in The host was always quick to respond to our questions and needs prior to our stay and provided a precise response to help us resolve many of our queries effectively. -------------------------------- Checking in 1. Space & Facilities The common space is large enough to accommodate multiple people at the same time for chat and social needs.The overall environment is comfortable and kept clean and tidy. There are plenty of toilets and bathrooms to cater for the use of multiple guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs.Also, the open kitchen is designed to allow people to interact with other guests, even if they are busy cooking, without missing any chat moments. 2. Location The homestay is about 10 minutes on foot from Kitacho Peaku, and the transportation is convenient. The surrounding area has multiple dining options, including restaurants with food trucks, and is walkable to Lawson convenient store for good living. 3. Service staff The host was greeted in person, friendly, and made people feel like friends, without a sense of distance.It was always quick to respond and help when we raised our needs, which was really appreciated. -------------------------------- Check out Our mobile bus is scheduled to depart at 3pm, well past Check-out time.The host generously offered the living room as a luggage drop off area and open space for us to rest and use the toilet.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your thoughtfulness and tolerance as this may have impacted the timeframe of the housekeeping. -------------------------------- Wrap up This is an extremely comfortable choice to stay with impeccable performance in every way.I would be more than happy to stay at this quality homestay again!

It was a pleasant home to spend time in.The kids liked the bunk beds so much that they said they wanted to stay again.Bath towels, towels, toothbrushes, hair dryer, body soap, shampoo, and other amenities were provided, which was very helpful. There are many shops nearby, such as Aeon, major yakiniku chains, and drug stores, so it is an environment where you can stay without worries even if you are staying for consecutive nights.Thank you very much.

Woww. This must be one of our most favorite stays in Japan! The actual place definitely looks even better than in the pictures! The two-floor apartment (a house really) is so spacious and so tastefully decorated. The house has so many glass windows that let in a lot of sunlight, a lot brighter than in the pictures! A perfect place to relax and spend a wonderful evening with friends and family especially after a full day of a skiing trip. We loved the kotatsu and the gas fan heaters. :))) We loved everything about the house really. Sayuri was wonderful host. We greatly appreciated our time at your place. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay at Daniel’s apartment in Iwatake! Everything was as described & pictured. Pick up and drop off to station great - as was the food shop at the start. All staff friendly. The drying room was very good and something we didn’t even know was a MUST! The new Gondala was very nice and the view from the top of the mountain was stunning. The ski lift near the apt did not open when we were there even tho there was so much snow which was disappointing. Daniel always responded to questions friendly and quickly and I would recommend these apartments for skiing families. Beds and amenities were great - the washer and dryer also handy. The apts are quite a distance away from most things in Hakuba (good and bad)- it cost me $50aud round trip to go to the shops (10 mins) to get some good and there really is not many restaurants or food close by and the cheap taxi would not collect from the apts. Some other guests were noisy and could be heard through walls. Would love to come back

The room was clean and well cleaned, and it was comfortable.The flowing hot spring is also great, and I'd love to stay again.

Our stay at Shabir bhai's houseboat was truly exceptional. Despite arriving ill, I felt immediately at ease thanks to his warm hospitality. Shabir bhai created a comfortable, disturbance-free environment with all necessary amenities for my parents and me. His homemade meals were delicious, and the morning shikara ride he arranged was delightful. What stood out most was Shabir bhai's honest advice about places to visit, which was refreshingly free from the commission-based recommendations we'd encountered elsewhere in Kashmir. Thanks to his suggestion, we discovered the beautiful Badamwari, which wasn't originally on our itinerary. This hidden gem became a highlight of our trip. For anyone seeking a genuine, hospitable experience on Dal Lake, Shabir bhai's houseboat is the perfect choice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, Shabir bhai ❤️

Stay was 100% satisfied, very neat, well organised and well maintained. Justin was exceptionally kind, welcoming and attentive, it made me feel right at home, felt like staying again and gave references to my friends.

The ski resort is right in front of you, and there is also a drying room, which is convenient and comfortable, so it will be your second time using it.There was heavy snow this year, but the road to the building was also removed, so I was relieved. Lloyd, the host, was flexible with check-in, checkout, and shopping at the supermarket, which was helpful.The kids love it.

It's a house that fits the spirit of Airbnb. Recently, a large number of Airbnb pensions have been posted, so it is difficult to find a property that is known to be independent. In the meantime, it was nice because it was not far from Seoul and it was a private place. When I woke up in the morning, the scenery I saw beyond the window and the barbecue and the scenery of the mountains I saw while eating. When I woke up in the morning, the fog that descended on the mountain and the sunrise that unfolded after a while were impressive. The barbecue area was so convenient that you could use it even if it rained, and the small garden was also impressive. One of our members said that he sat in a rocking chair and enjoyed meditation in the morning, so it seems like a good idea. We had a small worship service and a prayer meeting because it was a church meeting, and the lighting stood out. There were lights, such as the main light that illuminated the wall, and a stand light, so it was good for small religious gatherings as the lighting was used differently depending on the time.

There were no dangerous factors for my child to get hurt, and the bedding was so clean that I slept well. There was also a low-floor bed, so it was safe for a child to sleep. It was an accommodation that I accidentally stopped by in a hurry, and I was very satisfied, and the host was kind. Thank you:)

Its a great place, The host is extremely Warm & Helpful, They Helped us , when we were stuck Because of the snow, Came & Picked us up, which was very helpful of them to do so. Amazing Location, Away from the rush of major Tourist area. Good place to just Eat RELAX & ENJOY the Woods & Snow. Rooms are very warm & comfortable, Service is also good & Food was also good (limited options But taste was very good) Overall we had a great time!

I stayed here with a friend, and we really enjoyed our time at the property. It’s cozy and feels like home. The space is just the right size—not too big or too small—perfect for relaxing and having great conversations together.

Marks place was great and I enjoyed the time there. It was a little tricky to find the house and the roads were a little tricky to navigate. Definitely need 4wd in the winter. I would give everything a 4.9 if I could; it’s tricky to find the house in the first try. Mark himself was great and even warmed up the house for us which was really nice.

I liked it from the moment I entered the room.The ceiling is high and cozy.In this time of high prices, the heater was also turned on, and it was very satisfying to be warmed from a different core than the air conditioner. When I saw the river on Google Maps, I thought "eh", but it's actually a nice river, and next time I want to take a walk if the weather is nice. The owner was also very helpful and we had a comfortable stay.I look forward to staying here again.

We will be rebooking this in the future. It was just what we were looking for. More than enough space for the two of us and all our snowboard gear. Short walk to all the food and bars, but far enough out to not feel the hustle and bustle of the resort. Sherry was very responsive and helpful when I couldn’t figure out the hot water. I would recommend to anyone headed to Niseko.
