From September to November, the autumn leaves gradually descend from the mountains to the villages in Shinshu. You can enjoy autumn scenery unique to each location, including Hakuba Happo Pond, Kamikochi, and the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. During the day, head to the mountains and plateaus to see the autumn foliage. When you come back, relax in the sauna and water bath. In the evening, enjoy a BBQ and the starry sky while spending a peaceful time in the countryside. This is a private rental that can accommodate up to 12 people, so it is recommended not only for family and group trips, but also for couples and small groups staying for multiple nights. Convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe. There is also a washing machine and a bathroom dryer for a comfortable extended stay. You can come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off are available from Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station. Other pick-up and drop-off services and sightseeing pick-up and drop-off services are available for 2,000-8,000 yen (round trip) depending on the distance, within 2 hours one way. For groups of 5 or more, we can arrange a rental car, so please consult in advance. October and November are the seasons when you can enjoy the autumn leaves and the quiet of Shinshu. Spend a relaxing time with friends around the Irori fireplace. You can enjoy the Goemon bath, kamado, and old-fashioned slow life while feeling the season with the wind and sky patterns (there is a cassette stove, IH heater, and shower). You can also cook with a wood stove and BBQ outdoors. 　10 minutes by car from Izumo City Station. Izumo Taisha is 25 minutes away. There is also a hot spring nearby. The 20 tatami mat Japanese-style room is a private bedroom, and the kitchen and toilet are shared. There is a design office in the warehouse, and I work from 8:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays. You can also use the thatched cottage with a good view. 　There is also air conditioning, but in the summer, if you open the veranda and hang a mosquito net, the summer night breeze will invite you to sleep comfortably. From spring to autumn, you can hear the nostalgic sounds of frogs, cicadas, and bell crickets. 　If you are unfamiliar with charcoal or fire, I can help you if the timing is right. Firewood is free, but please bring your own BBQ charcoal if you use the sunken hearth. It is 1.6 km to the supermarket and 5 km to Izumo Station.
