This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. Tim's Place, Tim's stead. This is a simple Wannabe house handmade by a host who majored in architecture. It's a house where guests can experience seasonal changes out the window, watch a movie with the beam projector in the living room on weekends, cook spaciously on the island counter/dining table, rest comfortably in the well-thought-out bed during their stay, and a house filled with the romance of wanting to invite friends to stay up all night and talk comfortably. While it is suitable for a small party room as it can accommodate a large number of people and has convenient transportation, it is a place where, on a quiet morning, you can walk through Gyeongui Line Forest Road with your pet, explore nearby restaurants during the day, enjoy busking on the way home, stay up all night at Yeonnam-dong and Hongdae streets in front of the house if you feel like it, then afterwards relax in the cozy house. Being a house designed for residential use, the furniture, fixtures, and home appliances where well thought out. And I always thought of comfort rather than glamour. Now relax at Tim's Place instead of Tim!
