Cozy tiny house in central best location in Duved. 1 room with sofa bed, 2 beds, 2 minutes to everything! Nearest neighbor is Byliften. Best Ski-In & Ski-out location! Although the house is small, there is everything you need. A nice place built 120 cm wide bed with a 90 cm bed above. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for two people, TV, WiFi, fully tiled toilet with shower and floor heating. The house has white painted walls with oak parquet. Outside the house, there is a small terrace with table and chairs facing south. Access to grill.

Perfect location for skiers and outdoor people, located only about 200 meters from Mullfjället and Duved's ski system. A short walk to the mountain/hill, ski in home (subject to good snow access). Kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge w/freezer compartment, coffee maker, etc. TV with chromecast (OBS! not “regular” channels). Dining area with wall firm fold-out table and four chairs. Small fresh bathroom with a shower and WC.

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walk of 100 meters to the ski slopes of Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åres lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find the restaurant, mini life and the ski bus into Åre (open during ski season). Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Maxa ski holiday in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. This is where you avoid the crowds inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes where you come up by the children's hill + the lift to Tegefjäll's ski area. When you go home from the hill, ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus stop for a ski bus 1 minute away. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and have a refreshing swim (if you dare!) in the mountain stream just outside.
