Stayed for 1 week. Nice quiet location and caravan is in good condition. We used this for a base to hike in the area (south downs/ new forest) so quiet at night and cooking facilities were important and both were great. Caravan is fully equipped with gas oven/grill, gas hobs, toaster, kettle, TV, radio. Mike responded to messages quickly was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

A true original airbnb experience. Celso was a kind and friendly host and clearly cares about his guests having a great time - it was great to get to chat over a drink and he made lots of recommendations for things to do (all were great!). The dogs are lovely and the garden is stunning. The location was perfect for local exploring, watching sunset from the coast and it was easy to get the bus in to Southampton. The room was a good size with ensuite, which beautiful sunlight in the morning.

A modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry in light wood and granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances include a built-in oven and a gas cooktop. Various utensils, a kettle, and a coffee maker are organized on the countertop, enhancing functionality and convenience for preparing meals.

I had a flood in my property and stayed at Paul’s through the insurance. He was very understanding and even had the place ready earlier than expected so I could move in asap. I ended up needing to stay longer so they could fix my property and he gave me first refusal for the length of stay so I didn’t have to worry. It’s a lovey little place and a great owner, definitely recommend

Location was amazing for 360 degree peaceful nature. Was possibly the cleanest Airbnb ever. Would highly recommend.

A Writer's Retreat. Beautiful Annex in Meon Valley

Wir waren so froh, dass wir Rachel's Wohnung kurzfristig gefunden haben. Sie ist extrem sauber und mit so viel Liebe und hochwertiger Einrichtung (sogar bis hin zum Geschirr!) ausgestattet, dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Von den Zimmern und der Terrasse hat man Blick auf den ruhigen Garten, der von alten Bäumen umgeben ist. Mein persönliches Highlight: Die wunderbaren Gemälde, die in allen Räumen hängen, sodass man sich wie in einer kleinen Gemäldegalerie fühlt. Was man jedoch beachten sollte, ist, dass das Bett ein französisches Doppelbett, also ein etwas schmaleres ist. Die Matratze ist dafür aber überaus bequem. Auch die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in Hampshire: Ein paar Minuten von dem kleinen, hübschen, Ort Bishop's Waltham, ca. 30-40 Minuten von Winchester, Mottisfont und Jane Austen's Haus in Chawton. Und nicht zu vergessen: Rachel ist mit ihrer warmen, authentisch herzlichen Art und ihrer ehrlichen Hilfsbereitschaft einfach ein Schatz!
