House vacation rentals in Durham

Our family stayed at Robin's place for my daughter's graduation from Duke. It was a perfect spot. We all felt at home. It was private and comfortable and only a short ride to the university. Great find!

Amazing stay in Raleigh!! If you’re looking for a stunning pool and beautiful space this is perfect! She was very attentive and you can just tell she loves her space she has created. We loved it all, heating the pool was the best decision:)

Great spot in Durham! Super clean, comfy beds, and had everything I needed. The location is awesome—just a few minutes from downtown, so it was easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

The condo was wonderful. Our family of 5 was spaced out and plenty of room. It was comfortable and very accommodating. Would stay there again in the future.

My family of 7 stayed here over Easter weekend and enjoyed this house very much. Lots of room to spread out, a well stocked kitchen to cook in and lots to walk to in the area. There are trains that run occasionally so it can be a bit noisy but Brad provides white noise machines in the bedrooms ( we personally did not use them). Brad is a great host and responds quickly to questions!

The house was great! My kids love the pool and the location was super convenient to lots of restaurants. Dalia was super responsive and friendly!

Absolutely wonderful home and amazing host! It was extremely clean, everything was very comfortable, well stocked, beautiful private yard, and very well maintained. Eric was the nicest and most responsive host we have ever had. We will definitely stay again when we are in Raleigh.

We really enjoyed our visit. This was our second time in a house hosted by Amy and Elizabeth and as before, they provided a great experience. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard garden, which was private and has nice furniture to sit on. Trinity Park is a nice neighborhood with beautiful historic homes. We were fortunate to be able to tour several of them as we were there during the neighborhood’s annual tour of homes. It’s close to Duke East campus and a short, easy drive into downtown Durham. I would stay there on a future visit.

I needed a quiet escape after a death in my family, and Erin’s place checked all the boxes. The home was clean and cozy. I highly recommend if you need somewhere peaceful to recharge away from it all.

This house is exactly as described. It’s clean and comfortable. I needed help with the coffee maker on arrival and Bill responded quickly and was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t very walkable, but it was literally only ten minutes from everywhere I wanted to go!

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at Stacy’s place. Great location, design and layout. Easy walk to 9th street and Duke East Campus. So much nicer to have a home to come back to during a busy graduation week instead of staying at a local hotel.

Jess made a stressful time relaxing. From months, to weeks, to days before our son’s wedding she was extremely accommodating! Even to allowing us to sleep a few more hours after the late night celebrations! We love that you love our fur babies as well! Loved our stay at Villa Pinea. We are MCM lovers and this home is a perfect time capsule. The design and furniture are super livable and beautiful. The space is perfect for a long stay. There are spaces for work, rest and hanging out. The kitchen has everything and the listing is well stocked with all you need for coffee or big dinner. During the day, the house is serene and peaceful with views of nature from every window. At night you will be joined by all the sounds of nature including frogs and an occasional screech owl. This is a great place for rest and relaxation and Durham/ Chapel Hill are both 10 minutes away.

As a traveling blues band (Piper & The Hard Times), we stay in AirBnB locations around the country, and Joseph's place was one of the best! It was clean with comfy beds, quiet surroundings, and the front porch is wonderful! It made for a relaxing hang out after our show that night. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house was absolutely perfect, and the property is stunning. The upgrades and charm were perfect. Our family had the best trip!

Kara made us feel right at home. She was very easy to reach and communicate with for any additional needs we had. The place was clean and cozy.

Very comfortable, clean, bright, and airy. Had everything we needed and more - fans, basic kitchen and pantry items, cleaning items, soaps, towels, etc. All the hand soaps and toiletries smelled amazing. Very easy to access and we felt right at home. This place is gorgeous. It’s new construction with high ceilings, and was styled with care from the fixtures to the decor all while maintaining comfort. I traveled with 4 older folks and my young child. Low couches and steep stairs were difficult for the older family members. This was about them and not this location, but be sure you’re comfortable with stairs. If this is an issue, you can come and go by the front door with only a few steps to manage and there’s one main floor bedroom. All the rooms have gorgeous transom windows - this is not the place for you if you sleep in total darkness. You’re near railroad tracks, a busy road, etc. Inside is quiet enough if you’re used to city noise, but if not, bring ear plugs or stay elsewhere.

Very comfortable. Unexpected amenities include a massage chair and a clothing steamer. Great bathrooms.
