Vacation rentals with a patio in Dunkirk

The apartment in Holiday Valley was great! I would recommend this spot to anyone planning to travel to Ellicottville whether it is in the summer or during ski season. The view from the building is amazing and it is very close to the town for any of your wants or needs!

We were in town for a family reunion . The location was perfect for us. We just needed a place to sleep and the beds were very comfy!

Charming Buffalo neighborhood with food and drinks close by. We took a lovely evening stroll to town on our last night. The whole stay was comfortable and definitely recommendable.

It’s a very peaceful and clean place to stay but the laundry isn’t looks like what I expect. Lots of restaurants around. Definitely will recommend the Butter Block to whoever comes to Buffalo in the future. Julia is a very nice and informative host.

Great apartment in a charming house at a great location. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a traditional big house with front porch in a quiet street in Elmwood Village of Buffalo. The house is very charming, full of character, with modern amenities. Kitchen, living room, air conditioning, etc. it is just 3 or 4 blocks from Elmwood Avenue with lots of restaurants, cafes, groceries etc. great stay for our group of 4.

This by far was the best experience we have ever had! Traveling for a living with my wife we stay solely in Airbnb’s, with that said Leanne and her husband were hands down the best host we have ever encountered, and we have encountered a lot. They were so responsive had insight on the area and where to go etc. not to mention they were so quick to get back with any questions or info we may have needed literally definition of a phone call away. The cottage is absolutely stunning with beautiful views spotless and so clean. Without a doubt in my mind when we are ever in the area this will be our go to spot we would highly recommend this home away from home oasis YOU CERTAINLY will not be disappointed!

The host was very helpful, provided a list of fun activities/ places to go to nearby. The house came with a bunch of extra amenities and stocked with everything you need in more. My group came down for a bachelorette trip and I couldn’t be more happier with the spot! Definitely recommend coming here and would come again and stay at this Airbnb!!

Kris' home in Bemus Point was one of the nicest rentals we've had the pleasure of staying in........the home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and in a very quiet residential neighborhood. We had a fabulous time skiing in Ellicottville! What a wonderful town, the people were so incredibly friendly. Restaurants and bars were great! This condo was perfectly located and so nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Lynne was a super host. Very responsive to questions and the entire process was hassle free. The location is very suitable for convenient ski in ski out and very accessible. I would go again.
