Beachfront vacation rentals in Dune Allen Beach

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

We have been using AirBnB for several years to book our vacations and this year was by far the most enjoyable experience. The house, pool, neighborhood and proximity to the ocean were all on point and made the stay one of the more memorable ones, and is the first time we would like to return for an annual vacation. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities to make a stay with 4 young boys most enjoyable. Whenever my wife needed to communicate with the property managers, responses were professional and courteous within minutes. Thank you!!

This was an incredibly amazing home and location. What more could you ask for than being a few steps away from a quiet white sand beach and turquoise waters? Perfect for pet owners with the fenced in back yard. The house was spotlessly clean and availed with everything one would need, including the backyard grill which we used endlessly thus saving us lots of money not having to eat at restaurants. If we decide to return to that location we will rent this house again.

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the clean, beautifully decorated space and the stunning ocean views right from the living room and deck. The house had everything we needed—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and even beach chairs and toys for the kids. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We spent our mornings watching the sunrise with coffee on the porch, our days relaxing by the water, and our evenings grilling and enjoying the sea breeze. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, with thoughtful touches throughout the home that made us feel right at home. This place is a gem—we’re already planning our next visit! Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

The location is excellent. You can walk to the beach. The beach is excellent. The apartment has everything you need to go to the beach. It has everything you need to cook and keep everything clean. The owners are excellent and responsible.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s condo. It’s exactly as described and the location can’t be beat. We especially loved dinners out on the balcony with the amazing views.

This condo is in a perfect spot! A private penthouse perch for witnessing the most spectacular sunsets. Stunning views, indeed!

This was an excellent place to stay. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. The beach access was fantastic. We used a local company to rent chairs and umbrellas and they were set up for us right near the Airbnb. Every question we had was answered super quickly and Awnna was proactive with sharing information as well. The kids loved feeding the turtles and fish in the lake out back. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook for a family of 6. When we return to Destin we fully plan to rent the same place.

We enjoyed being off the beaten path. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool was great. The condo was lovely and spacious and we really enjoyed it.

Roger’s place was perfect for my Mom and I. It was clean and beautiful. The community provided everything we needed. The private beach access is very nice. We also enjoyed the pool.

Perfect location with access to a well outfitted fitness center and located within a short drive to coffee shops and grocery stores. The beach area outside this Airbnb is much less crowded than other areas beside us which is a big plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house and amazing location. Loved being able to walk right to the beach and was easy with small children. The house is beautiful and it was very clean and comfortable. So close to Seaside and excellent restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again!

My husband and I along with our 4 young children and my parents spent a week at this property. The owner was overly communicative leading up to the trip and throughout. They were always quick to respond to questions. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Of course the view and the beach were the best that 30 A has to offer. We will definitely be coming back again.
