we’ve stayed for a month in this very nice brand new apartment in a new apartment building in between dubai mall and dubai opera. the host is very communicative and friendly, was always easy and pleasant to contact. everything in the apt matches the photos! we liked everything! there is a construction in front of the apartment, but there is no noise and this does not interfere with sleeping or living in any way. but ! bear in mind that the building is overpopulated so it won’t be easy to find a place near the pool during the nice sunny day and gym is overcrowded almost all the time, that’s not the cons of apartment or host but definitely minus of the building.

Upon my Booking, I was met with a lack of clear communication and organisation. I received an overwhelming number of messages almost 100 yet still found it difficult to get consistent answers. I asked about the possibility of an extension, and one staff member said no, while another later said yes. This inconsistency was confusing and unprofessional. In addition, I politely asked if an early check-in could be arranged, but the response was surprisingly rude and dismissive, simply pointing out the official check-in time without any effort to assist or even acknowledge the request respectfully. Overall, I believe the staff would benefit from better training in communication, customer service, and professional conduct to ensure a more welcoming and consistent experience for guests.
