As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Everything is clean and the host is responsive

location, location location! top place on west palm beach with top restaurants and beach clubs. rooftop pool is nice but busy and a bit messy. this is not a problem due to all the possibilities within walking distance! it is recommended.

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

My experience at Kiran's place was absolutely fantastic From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. The apartment was absolutely stunning—brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. The view from the balcony was breathtaking with a full, unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa. Being on a very high floor made the experience even more special. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight—relaxing with such an incredible skyline around you is unforgettable. The host, Cosy Corner, was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai!

Definitely will be coming back here again. The apartment was amazing, spacious and had a small balcony with a great view. It’s so easy to get to places from here and you’re conveniently close to Dubai Marina Mall. Walid was also an excellent host and made me feel right at home.

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

Very good person and place

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
