Apartment vacation rentals in Dubai

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. The location was perfect, everything I needed was close by. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. I felt super comfortable and at home the entire time. locatie, locatie locatie! top plek aan west palm beach met top restaurants en beachclubs. zwembad op het dak is leuk maar druk en wat rommelig. dit is geen probleem door alle mogelijkheden op loop afstand! het is een aanrader.

The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!

The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and check-in was easy and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the great opportunity to use the rooftop pool and bar at the Paramount Hotel — the views and the location are simply amazing. This apartment in the heart of Dubai Marina was everything it said it was. Its location could not have been better, close to all transport links, metro and tram, and just a 15 minute walk to the beach at JBR. The apartment itself was superb with all the facilities you could ever need. We will definitely be coming back here again soon. Thank you Naushad.

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

My experience at Kiran's place was absolutely fantastic From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Downtown Dubai

Place was perfect. Very clean, everything worked. They are not too flexible on check-in or check out time so if you have an early flight be sure to plan accordingly. Otherwise this ranks as one of the nicer AIRBNB’s I’ve stayed in.

L'appartement est magnifique. On été déjà dans ce bâtiment donc on a connais déjà. On a nous laisser venir avant l'heure, et c'était très sympa et gentil. Nous sommes très contents et on va revenir.

Beautiful apartment and great location with a lot of good restaurants and DMCC metro station right outside the building. I loved everything about my stay specially the bedroom with comfy bed and blackout curtains.

I was a little bit sceptical that the apartment wouldn’t be as good as the photos or it would be smaller in person but it was actually amazing! The staff around the whole building were amazing and very friendly especially to my 1 year old baby, the host Aditta was great and went over the top with anything he could help me me with, we couldn’t of loved it more 😀 Thank you so much! We will be sure to stop by next time we visit 💎
