The apartment is on the ground floor and with a completely independent entrance from our home upstairs, where I live with my husband. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.
