We hebben achter op ons terrein, 50 meter achter ons huis en onze privé tennisbaan, een vrijstaand guesthouse. Perfecte locatie voor bezoek aan Utrecht en Amsterdam (respectievelijk 10 en 40 minuten met de trein, enstation is op loopafstand). Ook ideaal voor fiets en wandeltochten want we zitten aan het Nationaal Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. De huur is incl. max. 2 uur (per dag) gebruik van onze tennisbaan. Van te voren even aangeven als je wil tennissen. Fietsen kun je hier veilig stallen.

Ons prachtige vakantiehuisje ligt in het oude dorp vlakbij Kasteel Amerongen. Ideaal voor wandelaars, fietsers, motorrijders en mountainbikers! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Es gibt ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit guter Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und eine weitere Schlafgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer… Das Haus ist auch gut für kleine Kinder, es gibt zwar eine Treppe aber die führt nur zu Stauraum sodass man keine Treppensicherung braucht. Außerdem gibt es ein bisschen Spielzeug, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Besonders schön ist der Garten und die Umgebung, man kann direkt vom Haus aus tolle Wanderungen durch den Wald machen. Einziges Manko (die Vermieter schreiben es aber auch in der Infobroschüre die im Haus liegt) ist, dass es im Garten wahnsinnig viele Zecken gibt, wir waren nur eine Stunde im Gras und mussten zwei Zecken an uns entfernen - aber da kann natürlich keiner was dafür.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique location. Very peaceful. Place was clean and warm. Only issue was the parking situation. We tried to find a place along the streets a couple of times without success. Ended up paying 67 euro for each day in a parking garage. Despite this we have no regrets staying there 🙂

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung von der man abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Beachbars liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Pluspunkt ist der zur Wohnung gehörende und auf dem Grundstück liegende Parkplatz. Wir können das stilvoll eingerichtete Beachhouse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad, het huisje is heel erg leuk en gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en met een groot balkon op de zonkant. De knooppunten om te fietsen zijn overal aanwezig. Een prachtige omgeving tussen de grote rivieren. Fietsen om te lenen zijn aanwezig in de schuur ( met een zwaluwnestje) Ons verblijf in 1 woord:: geweldig. Bedankt👏😀 Tot ziens.
