My husband and I live in the main house, our small garden room is completely separate, located across the garden. A mini kitchen, shower and toilet are located in an additional building (NOT ENSUITE) and is for the sole use of guests. Free off street parking on site. WiFi is available, although connection inside the room cannot be guaranteed. We're in a quiet peaceful village, well located for visiting Bath, Bristol, Castle Combe, Lacock & The Cotswolds.

Very friendly and approachable, I chose Tarek & Harriet's house because they let me use the garage for my motorbike. It was a lifesaver that they had a drying pod for my bike gear because I got soaked on the way there. There's everything I needed, everything was really clean and tidy, the bed was good and the house and area were peaceful and in a nice neighbourhood a short walk from town through the park, which was nice. Only positives from me, thanks guys for having me 😊

An absolute gem. Perfectly described, pristine condition and a really comfortable stay! We were wedding guests at Kin House and the location of Sundial Cottage was perfect. A few hundred yards away, it was so convenient to arrive stress free and no stress about the journey home. Lou was a brilliant host, with excellent communication, including getting in touch pro-actively when we booked and then also a few days before arrival. Lots of goodies left in the rooms which was a really welcome, warm arrival. We weren’t expecting such amazing grounds too. An hour spent with the kids kicking a ball around was brilliant. 10/10, 5*, unreservedly recommended.

After a very warm welcome where everything was clearly explained, we have enjoyed a lovely long weekend in a quiet tranquil location. The Barn exceeded our expectations and was clean and tidy on arrival. Everything was as it should be and when we did have a glitch, the owners responded really quickly and sorted the problem out. I would not hesitate to recommend the Barn to any family or party seeking a great venue and location for a get together or a country escape.

Thank you for a lovely peaceful stay in your cosy cottage Laura. A real home from home.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need including tea, coffee and sugar and cooking essentials. The biscuits and fresh milk on arrival were thoughtful. The luxury toiletries were gorgeous and it felt like a hotel with the fluffy white towels and dressing gowns. Great quiet location with a private rear garden really fantastic for our two pooches and our Son to be free to play safely. The decor was really stylish and the whole feel of the cottage was welcoming. The provision of all the games and books kept everyone entertained and we slept well in the comfy beds. We recommend a visit to the Cotswolds water park for active families for kayaking, aqua venture and paddle boarding etc but it’s quite pricey ! For pub food we went to The Somerford Arms great atmosphere and only 5 minutes drive away. For your food shopping there is an Aldi or Waitrose 15 minutes drive away. Thanks again
