Was everything we needed and more!! Everything was so clean and comfy!! They did it right! Worth every penny to be able to actually feel good, safe, clean and sleep well in someone else’s home!!

Exactly as described and was close to many stores/restaurants. Has everything that you could want plus nice views with mountains behind the house! Would for sure recommend it to anyone.

Emilee's place was so cozy and clean. She was a wonderful host, very accommodating, and had very good communication/responsiveness. She even left us yummy cookies when we first got there! I was surprised to see that the kitchen actually had nice pans and things to cook with. We were very pleased with this comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Thanks, Emilee!

It was a very nice roomy place! It worked very well for our needs except in the mornings; everyone waking up at the same time caused a little bit of a bottleneck. Last morning we staggered our wakeup with others in the the Beautiful place and all was good!

This is my second time at Mandy's. Both times we came for a gymnastics meet. I like to cook our own food, have quiet at night, and good outdoors. I think the most wonderful thing is that about 400 yards up the road (towards the dead end) is a beautiful park. You can walk around, sit and read, do the exercise stations, have a picnic. (We did all those things). Also, it is close to lots in Sandy. It is under the house, so sometimes you hear them walking around. Also, it has a low roof, so if you are 6'5", this might not be the place for you (that is what my husband said). For me and my daughter (5'4" and 5'5") - it is wonderful. Very cozy, beautiful, quiet, lots of space.

James was a great host. The house was really nice. My only critique was that it is a steep property meaning the driveway is very steep, there are a lot of porch stairs and the staircase inside is fairly steep. Since the driveway is steep we scraped the bottom of our sedan getting into it. We had to basically pull in and out nearly at a 45 degree angle to not scrape on further entries and exits. Just something to keep in mind. My second gripe, which isn’t his fault, is that there was noticeable pet dander despite the place not allowing pets. This was due to previous guests bringing pets when they shouldn’t have. James said they had the place cleaned but I still had very noticeable allergies. I’m very allergic to cats and dogs and I ended up having to buy replacement bedding and Benadryl to tolerate the stay. Overall though I was happy with the space and the master bed was very comfortable albeit more firm than some may like.

We had a wonderful stay! The space is clean, well-maintained, and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, just under 8 minutes from I-15, which made it super convenient for both family outings and business travel. Laurel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for families or business groups, and we’d be happy to come back again!

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

Matthew is a great host. I was able to get a great deal for what I paid for months in advance for my trip. He has great communication, especially the week I stayed because there was a plumbing issue. He came over himself on the job and we even got to meet. Matthews apartment is accurate for the minimalist details and lifestyle. With an artists touch for the asthestics and book shelf he created. One book worm to another. The kitchenette is great so I could cook my own food to save money on my trip. Since I stayed over five days, I did have laundry to do but Matthew recommended some places and I found a good laundry mat in Provo. His future goal for this BNB is to figure out a way to put a washer and dryer in for guests that need to do laundry. I'm giving Matthew overall 5 stars for his unique apartment space. It helped me create memories on my trip to Utah and with the friends I met and new ones I made during my stay. Thank you. Be blessed. Namaste 🙏

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Paola is a great, responsive host. The downstairs apartment-style accommodations were perfect for us. Loved the comfy beds, the well stocked kitchen and the entire place was SPOTLESS! So clean and smelled great!!! It is a downstairs accommodation so you can hear some noise from upstairs, however nothing that would keep us from staying again.

This AirBNB was just right for my one night stay to attend Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival. It was super close to the venue and not too far from the interstate. The AirBNB was clean and had the necessities. The bed was soft. I liked the modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures. The price was affordable and cheaper than a hotel I was looking at. I would stay again.

My family highly recommends Susan’s place. This is our second time staying here because it is clean, quiet, comfortable, and has everything we need. I love the thoughtfulness that has been put into every detail in the home. The blackout curtains, fans, comfortable linens, throw blankets, fully-stocked kitchen (and more) were many of the things we appreciate about the space. Susan is so kind and communicative. We hope to return again.

Booked this place for a staycation with my three kids. It's located in a very beautiful area close to the mountains and has a lot of mature trees. The indoor basketball court was a huge hit, as was the trampoline, and the spa. Very conveniently located near a grocery store and a lot of restaurants. Gary was very responsive, accommodating, and just a very pleasant person. We had everything we could possibly need. All three of my kids made comments about staying again sometime. Great overall experience.

We had a lovely stay here. The space was clean and location was perfect. Parking on site was simple, with included parking pass. Check-in was simple, though it took a few minutes to find where the front desk is located - it may help others to know that you're looking for the main entry for The Prospector. Susan was communicative and very quick to respond when we had a question.

Russ's studio was absolutely perfect. Located within all the activities of Park City and many things to do. It was quaint and perfect for a little getaway.

It’s not much, but just what I needed. Easy parking and super comfortable bed. It’s basically the size of a hotel room. I was driving cross country so it was perfect for a quick overnight stop without breaking the bank.

Christie was an amazing host. Any questions I had she would respond in minutes. Great communication about an event and parking going on the day we came in as well. I would definitely stay again.

Family is coming from Denver and we absolutely enjoyed our visit to one of our neighboring cities. Airbnb was close to various attractions in Salt Lake City. Overall, the stay was comfortable and welcoming, thank you Govin!

A perfect place to stay in Park City! The condo was spotless and comfy, and an incredible location! Right by the free bus stop and walkable to tons of trails, restaurants, and attractions. Couldn’t ask for a better place!
