We felt right at home in this charming little house. The decor was relaxing and the location was a 10! We took a morning run/walk everyday at Sugarhouse Park just down the block. Every amenity is within walking distance. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Becca & Rock provide everything you could need and more and are very helpful. Highly recommend this sweet little sugarhouse.

Kevin & Staci’s place was a home away from home for us while visiting for a festival. It was clean, spacious, and had more amenities offered than most AirBNB listings that we’re accustomed to. Kevin & Staci were very accommodating and hospitable and made sure we had everything we need to have a great trip. Would definitely stay here again!

⸻ This was my third time using Airbnb, and I was a bit weary because my first two experiences were extremely disappointing. But this place was fantastic—exactly as described and perfect for us! The house was impeccable—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was great, and Leo was a wonderful host: very responsive and helpful. When the ceiling fan didn’t work, he quickly brought over a portable AC unit and an extra fan to make sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Midvale Station! The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Exactly as described. Large TV, large and comfy bed. They had everything you would need to stay for a couple of days including laundry supplies and K cups. The area was mostly walkable; however, I wouldn’t go more than a few streets away, especially at night. Overall, I would stay here again.

I would highly recommend this wonderful host and her home for your stay in Utah. They went above and beyond to help us with things we needed for our trip. Our son got married during our stay and they were extremely helpful and accommodating for some specific needs we had! Mindy and her husband are amazing!

Great stay - I’m local but had to get out of my house for the weekend due to renovations. I loved the location and pool access! Close to one of my favorite coffee shops so that was a plus! The floor was also very quiet which I appreciated considering I had my 5 month old and dogs and who typically bark at all noises with me. I’d stay here again!

This cabin hideaway was so beautiful. Our family loved staying here and we would do it again! Beautiful mountain view’s and a short walk to the Provo River. Felt like a home away from home.

The cabin was awesome and in an amazing location! Aspen groves surrounding the area and very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was an added bonus, relaxing at night to the sounds of the forest. Definitely recommend and we will go back again in the future.

We had three wonderful days at Mark's Cabin! Mark was a super nice host who answered our questions quickly and kindly. The cabin is so cozy - it feels right at home. We were warmly welcomed with a personal message and pancake mix 🤩 It was warm and had plenty of space. The kitchen is perfectly equipped.
