The center of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc. is about 300m away. Rügen's top attraction Cape Arkona is idyllically within cycling distance.

Cape Arkona is easy to hike. A boat goes to the opposite island of Hiddensee. In Wieker Bodden you can learn kiting and surfing.

The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Highlight are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-trained dog up to knee height can be brought along, please inquire before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbit). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.
