Nestled between the Wieker Bodden and the Baltic Sea, the location is very suitable for excursions in the north of the island. The famous Cape Arkona is, for example, only about 20 minutes away by car. The relaxing location, close to the Kreptitzer Heide, is well suited for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The coasts and beaches invite you to hike, bike or do sports at any time of the year.

It is a duplex apartment with very high-quality complete furnishings, a large south-facing terrace and great architecture. On the ground floor there is the living and dining area with fireplace and open kitchen and counter, a bedroom and a bathroom (shower/toilet). On the top floor there are 2 more bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, tub and sauna (for a fee - €3/h). All rooms are very high quality and have underfloor heating. The bedrooms have roller blinds or venetian blinds.

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
