Our apartment Lore is part of a high-quality, quiet 3-party Bauhaus villa, 120m from Rügen's most beautiful beach - the 8 km long “Schaabe”. It has a spacious living-dining area with a large couch and fully equipped kitchen, sauna (3,-€/h), fireplace, 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious south-facing terrace. The center of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc. is about 300m away. Rügen's top attraction Cape Arkona is idyllically within cycling distance.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Our house starboard is one of 4 terraced houses of the holiday resort "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, waterfront location. It has its own entrance over the large terrace and from there a beautiful wide view over the 12000 sqm plot. The 60m ² house is divided into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams. On the ground floor is also the spacious shower room/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.
