Mette’s home is a little slice of paradise. Gorgeous setting and garden, surrounded by lush fields and very few neighbors. Within easy driving distance of Stege and Borre, and about a 30 minute walk to the sea. My only concern was walking through the tall grasses, as there are many deer ticks. Long pants, socks, shoes (not sandals) and long-sleeved tops are recommended. Additionally, while there are 2 bathrooms, one is in a separate building, just two steps from the main house, with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The indoor bath has shower, sink and toilet. Mette’s description of her home mentions most of this, but having just spent a week there, these are important points to consider. In closing, I can confirm that I slept better there than in my own bed!

Beautiful peaceful environment with lots of nature and opportunities for cycling or hiking. Everything was great, we found the days very relaxing :)

Amazing place to rest and enjoy nature, Sabine and her husband were very kind, everything as described. We and our dog really enjoyed that it was a bit private and that we could walk to Wieck am Darß or pick up bread for breakfast by bike.

I stayed with my mother and sister in this beautiful, relaxed place for a few days and we were able to enjoy the time very much. The very friendly hosts responded quickly and helpful to questions in advance and were always on hand during our stay and very pleasant hosts. The location is a bit remote, so it is wonderfully quiet and you can watch birds and other animals on the Bodden undisturbed, especially in the morning and evening hours. With our rented bikes we were within 15 - 20 minutes in the neighboring places and could go everywhere else very well by bike. We only needed the car to get in and out. The apartment is simple but sensible and very well equipped. This means, for example, the beds are comfortable, the shower works decently, the two hotplates have power, so cooking is not a test of patience, there were pans and pots of different sizes etc. the only thing we missed was insect screens on the windows to keep mosquitoes away. But that's just a little something. We will definitely come back and loved our stay and fell in love with this peaceful place!

Heike runs her holiday let business shipshape-and-Bristol-fashion (tipptopp). The Appartment is spotless, comfortable and ideally situated to visit all parts of Rügen - it is bang in the middle. If you are seeking seclusion then the lack of wifi won't bother you and 3G coverage is patchy at best.

The quiet location is a dream, the houses are very tastefully decorated and everything is in good shape. Nadine from the reception was very nice and helpful. Only the cleaner was curt and impolite, so we didn't leave a tip.

Annegrets apartment is wonderfully furnished and offers everything you need to feel good. Rooms are clean and in order. Due to the small ceiling height, a coziness quickly arises and we felt very comfortable. The steep staircase is indeed only recommended for people who are good on foot, but that is also communicated openly. We spent wonderfully relaxing days in Wolgast and had only a stone's throw away, everything you need ( bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, etc.). Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet. We will definitely come back.

The house is beautifully quietly located and comfortably furnished, with everything you could ever need. We felt very comfortable. The house is fully equipped with screens. These are also necessary because we had to fight with many mosquitoes. From the house you can quickly reach hiking and biking trails to explore the island. The nearest real beach is about 20 minutes away by car. There is a natural beach in about 10 minutes by car, but it is very rocky.

The accommodation was pleasant, everything we needed was there. No noise, sunny balcony, it was just pleasant to relax and go on excursions.

Wonderful surroundings and very good apartment that had everything you needed. Glad there were so many towels; because of bathing holidays! We'd love to come back!

The location is very quiet. Has everything that you need for a short trip to the Baltic Sea. But you definitely need a car to get around :)

Everything was great, I highly recommend!

The location in nature is a dream. Seating area surrounded by large trees with morning sun. Josephine is at the horse farm almost every day and can be approached personally. If there are questions or things to discuss, Josephine is always there with a quick solution and is approachable and friendly. She loves to share her great love for horses with guests. Even people who have never ridden before are lovingly introduced to her horses. We found a wonderful place to relax here. We both have Josephine firmly in our hearts and will be happy to come back here. Christoph and TanjaChristina

Heike and her husband are very nice hosts. The place is very clean and functionally furnished and the beds absolutely comfortable. Located right next to the forest with a small covered terrace. So, we'll be back !!! Dirk and Carola

We had a lovely time in Sassnitz and the place was in the best location to the sea. We had a great rest - just the way we wanted it! A magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and also at the back end of the beach promenade and thus super quiet - the surprise was the beautiful, small old town of Sassnitz right nearby.

Great amenities, like new, sauna, quiet location - top accommodation, I highly recommend it. Recommended for water sports enthusiasts to easily reach Bodden and Baltic Sea on foot.

Uwe is a very nice host, the apartments are in a beautiful area. My girlfriend also recommended it directly to her family.

Just fabulous! The house and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We visited as a family from the UK with young(ish) children and the house worked really, really well. Clean, well thought out and stylish. Pia was also a super-host. Meeting us on arrival (which was late in the evening) and making sure we were settled. Very highly recommended.

We were in the barn27 with our group of friends over Pentecost and we enjoyed it very much. The house is beautifully renovated and the apartment had everything we needed, from the open kitchen, the beautiful living room, the cozy beds to the studio, which we were allowed to share for a small donation to the operating association. Well equipped to get a little creative and, in addition to the couches, the perfect place for a nice time despite the rainy weather. Antje was very helpful, showed us the possibilities in the studio, gave us tips for activities in the area and made us feel welcome. Thank you!

I was very happy to be a guest and felt comfortable again

The apartment is in a quiet place at the beginning of Ruegen. A good starting point to visit the island further. We used our car to drive to a nice place on Ruegen and from there to explore the island by bike. Upon entering, there is a well-deserved certificate from the DTV for the well-maintained apartment. We were hospitably received by Antje and she was always willing to give tips and explanations about the island.
