Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Pensacola

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

This place is is well worth the money. 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Lots of room. Amenities was nice, like bathroom stuff,laundry stuff,kitchen stuff. The beach stuff was great. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my furbaby.

This home is a true gem! Photos do not do it any justice. Beautiful inside and out. Very cozy and comfortable. This is my new spot when visiting Pensacola!!

Place exactly as pictured easy check-in . Extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Had one minor issue with a missing tv remote, Dylan and his Team called immediately to sort things out and even offered to bring a remote. Couldn’t ask for a better stay or host . 10/10

Very nice place to stay. Loved the location - so close to our favorite restaurant, the Oar House and seafood ( Joe Pattis)market. Beds were soft but very comfortable. Enjoyed nights sitting in the swing on the front porch. Just a note - during the night time hours the road in the front can get very busy. We did cook several meals and the kitchen had plenty of supplies and cooking pots. The house is older but very neat decor that fits the place. We would definitely stay again.

Pensa-Cozy just that, very cozy! Outrated my expectations! It was a the perfect home to host my whole family crew of 6 and 2 pups. Not only did we feel like home but we loved how well equipped this home was. From start to finish, this place was worth the price and would rent again. It was easy to find, clean, had all the amenities and I loved the binder of recommendations. Our host made check in and out easy and simple, and was easy to reach before and after check out if we needed anything. It was kid friendly which was a major plus.

The house was cleaning inside just as pictured on the website. Casey was very responsive whenever we emailed him. He also was considered and let us stay an extra day without any hesitation very friendly and outgoing and anything you need he was available. I would definitely return.

We enjoyed staying at this home. We loved having a pool all to ourselves! The inside was very nice and comfortable!

My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

It was a great location and the pool was fantastic! Easy check-in and house had amazing amenities. The couch was also really comfy, I’d definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

An excellent place, if I go back to Pensacola I would like to stay again in this magnificent place.

My family and I came to Pensacola FL for my sons Navy A School graduation and Christine’s place was the perfect place to stay at, it felt like home for us. It was super close to everything, the peace and quiet was amazing. I absolutely loved the decor and how comfortable the beds were. This home was fantastic. Very well stocked throughout! The kitchen has so much available for you to use and neatly organized. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues. We definitely enjoyed the pool and loved that you had a basket ready for all our pool needs. You thought of everything. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your space. Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had such a relaxing vibe. Perfect for a little getaway. We had everything we needed and even a few fun surprises that made the trip memorable. Great location, peaceful surroundings, and super easy check-in. Would definitely come back!

This beautiful little place was just what we needed. We were visiting a relative in assisted living nearby, yet wanted a place to retreat to at the end of the day, close to restaurants and the beaches for our down time. Our host provided everything we needed and more: comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, and lots of extras such as nice bathroom toiletries, snacks, Keurig pods, sunglasses and suntan lotion, restaurant suggestions, beach chairs, a hose for rinsing off the sand..... We really had everything we needed and then some! We were within easy walking distance to a number of good restaurants, and easy road access to the rest of Pensacola. Quiet neighborhood for walks, no dogs barking, etc.

This is a great place to stay. A beautiful home in a great location. Easy access to downtown, the beaches, and Gulf Breeze. I will stay here again the next time I go to Pensacola.

Rachel was an incredible host. She communicated well with us and was very accommodating! She made sure to remind us that the house was about 20 minutes away from the main beach, but we didn’t mind at all. It was a super easy drive! The house is about a mile from the Bayview Dog Beach, which we walked our dog there every morning - he loved it! Definitely will consider booking with Rachel again for our next weekend in Pensacola!

Great location!!!!! Love the vibe from the moment you walk in the door. Great attention to detail and the host was very responsive. The living room tv speakers were blown and the owner had someone come over right away with a new tv.!!!!! Great customer service!!! Would definitely recommend !!!!!!

Comfortable place for our family to stay on our trip to Pensacola. Located close to downtown, which was convenient for us. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The game room in the garage was a big hit for adults and kids alike. Would stay there again!

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in downtown Pensacola. The location is PERFECT, walking distance to so many restaurants and things to do downtown. It felt like a very safe area as well. The suite was lovely with thoughtful touches, like snacks, coffee with creamer and sugar, and water bottles in the fridge. We felt cozy and absolutely loved our short getaway. Heather is very communicative. Highly recommend!
