Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Free Wi-Fi, 43" Smart TV, linens, full-size bed in the sleeping area with a private deck off the back sitting high amongst the trees. Great little house on the park; peaceful, gorgeous view of the park and downtown Jacksonville skyline. The house is divided into two separate living spaces. I live in the back portion of the house. NO SMOKING. Not 420 friendly Because the house is divided in two, you might hear our puppy bark sometimes.
